Wyndham Garden Greensboro

It was a hole in the wall I stayed in room 134, front desk said “yeah we know about it” like it’s no big deal. We came back from dinner and there was a super sized roach running down the hallway like he was at home not us. Our room was near the pool and kids banged balls against our room window half the night, I tried to call the front desk (3 times to be exact)but I suppose they were too busy to do a little thing like answering the phone. The commode made a funny sound when we flushed it but that did pass later on. But I informed maintenance that morning which of course it stopped by then but they were very attentive to the issue which was very good. All and all it wasn’t a good stay but the maintenance did their job. The bed was hard, pillows were small and hard,and we just weren’t pleased with our stay. Probability is we won’t stay at that particular hotel again.

If you are looking for a contact high, raucous neighbors who don’t observe quiet hours, semi-clean accomodations, open-container pool parties with strangers who do not want to share space, a parking lot that makes you look for your pepper spray, and a view of a strip club: LOOK NO FURTHER, you’ve found your dream hotel.

It was the little things in the hotel, toilet ran endlessly, you could see where a drape was supposed to be so the security light right outside our window blasted through the curtain that was there, someone needs to clean the parking lot, especially the huge gravel area. Oh and maybe have someone run off the large number of individuals trying to sell me stuff in broad daylight Nextdoor at the gas station.

Very nice hotel, we felt very safe. Staff was great. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome.

BREAKFAST! The only thing I didn’t like was in the morning when we went to breakfast I felt like the staff was watching us make our breakfast plates. Every time I turned around the staff was looking, watching, and on top of us. That was very unpleasant. Someone would make a plate and they would be right behind them “wiping” stuff. I understand wanting to keep the area clean but it was overboard. I had spilled a little coffee while making it for me and my husband and before I could even look to grab a napkin to wipe the counter there was a lady right behind me with a rag. But I was already in the process of cleaning up after myself! That was unsettling. I also felt like a member of the kitchen staff a black woman was sitting in the breakfast area monitoring us as well. That’s a no go for me. I’m an adult, my husband is an adult, and our child is 17 years old and on her way to college in the fall……we don’t need babysitters. Yes I appreciate wanting to keep the area clean and maintained, but the staff has got to back it up a little and let the guest enjoy their breakfast!

The room was very clean. There were not enough toiletries or towels for three people in the room. I had stated that there would be three people in the room when it was booked.

It’s in a great area. The beds are rock hard. The parking isn’t the best.

Was in an excellent central location I drive Tesla charger was 6min away !! Breakfast here is always good !! It’s down south it should be .. lol . Clean room . Gym needs better equipment.. but they had atleast one machine I could use for a quick 30min run. It was my second time staying and this time was better than the first. See ya next time . Do you all offer corporate housing ?

Very accommodating, quiet , staff was excellent and nice the pool was nice and clean my kids enjoyed their selves . My toilet was stopped up but the staff got me into a different room with no hesitation I’m super pleased and I will be back for another get away Walmart is only 8 minutes away and other food places thank you so much for everything . The toilet flushes slow but everything else was great .

Had an issue with the bathroom light not turning on. I was moved to another room. It all worked out.

Maintenance is great. Staff was fine. Need to clean pool & supply pool towels for the guest. Overall not a bad place to stay. Just need to do a serious UPDATE TO ENTIRE PROPERTY

Room was dirty and just dated over all will not stay again. Hotel Denim is honestly better

Every thing was close mall outlet restaurants Walmart every thing The house keepers need to be careful and helpfull

The breakfast was limited, no ice machine worked in the entire hotel, when I checked in I thought the third floor was being fumigated due to the way the cleaning staff had things thrown throughout the hallway. The front desk was absolutely only about looking at their phones rather than tending to their customers. Will not be staying here again.
