Rooms were spacious, clean, and in good condition. The staff was awesome, friendly and concerned about our child. The breakfast was delicious with many different types of food

Great breakfast and Kick-Back reception!

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was helpful and kind. We also really enjoyed our breakfast. Our only complaint was that the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Something was spilled out on the tub area and not cleaned up. We will definitely return for another stay.

Exceptional

Our room was very clean and neat. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The evening snacks and drinks were a wonderful suprise. Highly recommend.

Room was excellent. Breakfast and dinner provided. Always full parking at night. Sells out fast.

The hotel offers an included buffet breakfast as well as a happy hour every day. The happy hour was from 5:30 to 7 pm and on the night that we were there offered chicken fajitas. The staff were extremely friendly. I would not hesitate to stay at another Drury in the future. The popcorn machine in the lobby was also a nice touch.

Spacious room and great breakfast

The staff was friendly and very helpful with helping me find a park close to the hotel. Check-in was also quick especially with me having 3 active little travelers. Free breakfast, kickback meals and drinks were a time saver. Helped me avoid change restaurants with larger crowds. Proximity to shopping, parks, downtown area were also a bonus. Indoor pool being at just enough feet to accommodate little swimmers was also a bonus. I arrived late and didn't realize my cellphone was not charging in the car until arriving. All of the chargers in the hotel room required a block vs having at least one of the lamps or other outlets with a USB port. So I had to wait until going to my car in the morning to charge my phone. I then went to the store for a charger block (I had the plug just not the block) Would have been 10 stars otherwise.

Gorgeous rooms. Kind staff. Loved the free breakfast. Not luxury by any means, but it sure felt like it for the low price of the room.

Very clean

It is always clean, the staff is always professional and nice, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very nice and welcoming, they have a great pool area with a hot tub, and I love that the hotel serves both breakfast and dinner everyday. Maybe having a seating area out front.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was great. The amenities were great. The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. We had no idea about the complimentary meal that was served on Friday and Saturday, along with three complimentary drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had numerous good choices. At night, there are free drinks and food. It was enough to be a dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I know it is becoming the trend at businesses, for the majority of the staff to be unfriendly. However, friendliness & saying "Hello" at the very least is not a difficult thing for anyone. I come from decades of skilled customer service, and majority friendliness amongst staff should be standard procedure. Not difficult. Very very simple, actually. This skill takes training by management. No, I am not going to be blocked from going down the hallway to my expensive room, by two maids carts haphazardly blocking the hallway. This was what I experienced, though, and twice during my one night stay. No, I am not going to clean & bus my own table - when I see staff standing around ignoring what should be cleaning & clearing the tables. Anything else I can do for your establishment, as a guest, paying an inflated price for my hotel room?

Didn't even get to take advantage of the free food and drinks each evening, but will definitely stay here again when in Greenville. Great hot breakfast.

Very good experience

First time ever staying at a Drury Inn. We loved it. Will be starting again in another state I wish there was a patio to sit outside to relax . Not by the pool
