Our go to hotel in Greenville. Perfect location for exploring downtown. Reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

Great location and great hotel

Had everything I needed, simple free breakfast in the morning, and great location to everything.

Extremely comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent night’s sleep. Room was clean. We really appreciated how close the hotel was to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and restaurants. Would 100% stay here again

We enjoyed the Jazz Festival everything was within walking distance.

We loved our stay here for a show at the Peace Center. We parked the car when we got there and didn’t drive again until we left. The perfect location to walk everywhere in Greenville and would absolutely stay again!

Breakfast location

Great location! Good breakfast. Parking was easy and inexpensive.

The property is centrally located The charge for the first night was very high. After all it is not a luxury hotel.

There were a lot of people making a lot of noise. It was not a good sleep. The room was fine. The door slamming constantly I was put on the same floor that there was a group large group meeting and I think most people were staying on the same floor.

Breakfast was excellent. I was happy with all services and facilities.

Could not find where to turn in to the hotel

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable! Valet service was very quick and efficient for downtown. Check-in was too slow because there was only one person on duty during prime check-in time. Breakfast was lacking, and items on the hot bar were not quickly refilled. Had to be somewhere at a certain time, so we had to go somewhere else to get a decent breakfast.

Front desk and valet were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend

My pnly issue was how to use the tv in the room

Location great, front staff both men and 2 ladies awesome, close to all the great places. I booked through Booking.com and paid extra for balcony and River view room but neither was there. I blame this on Booking.com and not staff. Room with balcony and river view but Booking.com messed that up.

In walking distance to shops restaurants and trails

This was a one night stay on our way to Asheville. It was in a great location. Short walk to Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to stay there again should we be in Greenville again.
