Quality Inn & Suites Greenville - Haywood Mall

Very disappointed with the front desk staff. She literally so rude and helpless. Especially the women who works in night shift. She gave me a room which doesn’t have any sheets and pillow covers. Even though I had booked my reservation before 1 month for 1 king bed. She failed to give me the room and said that there is no vacancy.

It was very basic and clean. Very good location. The breakfast was standard. No complaints. Good for the price!

Would defintely stay again. My outlets in my room were not fully operational but that was my only issue during my stay. Staff was lovely.

My stay was for one night, clean and quiet, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to everything, restaurants and shopping, will stay here again.

It was easy and convenient

There was water in the room and the room was dirty. The AC unit started making a loud noise at 5 am and never stopped. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Breakfast was really good

Tacky magic marker signs taped to the walls in the breakfast area alerting that customers cannot take breakfast out of the area. Signed "The management". This is also a minor but unfriendly approach to their concern, whatever that is. Of greater concern was that one of my group needed a handicap room. This turned out to be the same as other rooms except that it was on the first floor and near a marked handicap parking space. Also, there was an extra wall bar in the bath/shower but you still have to be able to step up over the bathtub sides to use the shower. There was no meaningful adjustment for stability at the toilet. Last, I booked the room via a third party app. I was told that the Quality Inn does not award Choice points when you book this way. They still got my money for the room I just didn't get credit for the stay. Maybe this is standard but also seemingly petty and annoying and a disinsentive to use this chain in the future. All in all, not a terrible place to stay (so 3 out of 5) but I would not go out of my way to stay there again.

The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night for no reason 😒 we basically dropped in on extended road trip and we were exhausted, so being woken up several times was inconvenient to say the least. Appreciated the eggs and sausage on the way out and the morning front desk lady was a sweetheart.

The stay was convenient to everything that we wanted to do , good for the buck the bed slept pretty decent& breakfast was decent over all 7/10.

Everything was fine. The bathroom is a little small. Otherwise all good! Really just the bathroom was tiny.
