Great customer service. Breakfast hot and ready ! Room was fresh and clean

First time at this Holiday Inn and I would never stay again. We were there a week and the room was partially cleaned when we checked in. Cleaning rags left, previous persons trash in the room, nothing wiped down. There were no other rooms so I had to help the front desk person finish cleaning the room. The rest of the week, sometimes towels weren’t replaced, one day they didn’t clean our room at all. I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inns and I have never had such awful room cleaners. We stayed at the one in Franklin and that one did a great job. I would not recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room and property were clean, the complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was warm and delicious, lots of spots to park and friendly staff. There were also lots of restaurants and things nearby to walk or drive to. Great price for a great stay.

The place looked fresh and brand new. The staff greeting me as I came in. Very courteous, pool area was clean everywhere was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. My daughter and I were visiting the area. And we both had a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel, what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Nothing special but always clean always well maintained, with a nice bed and great pillows! Nice hot breakfast every morning with eggs and meat, self serve pancakes, cereal, and fruit.
