Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport by IHG

Not the best location as the streets outside the hotel were extremely backed up. Hotel could use a refresh with paint peeling and cracking in my room, both in the main room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Check-out was quick.

The location was good. We love the indoor pool and the breakfast selection is nice. The employees were friendly and helpful. It can be a little loud from outside noises to hearing people in rooms above and next to your room.

I loved my stay!

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Inside was very unkept and dirty. Stains and holes in the wall. No sheets for the pullout couch bed which was stained. One of the queen beds was literally blocking and aotting on the air unit. Thus making it very cold and uncomfortable for the person or persons occupying that bed. I've booked alot through hotels.com and through holiday inn express in specific, this was by far the wworst room we have stayed in.

The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.

The location was a bit noisy at night. Not sure if it was traffic, construction, or the airport.

Everything was great

We enjoyed our stay. Room was a good size. We did not hear other customers while we were in our room. Hopefully they did not hear my brood of loud kiddos.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is a little older and could use some cosmetic upgrades, but everything was clean and comfortable for our family. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was fine. Typical hotel breakfast, not “southern style” like people mentioned. Beds were comfy. Gym was cleaner than my room! Hard to understand the front desk guy. My room was noticeably dirty - coffee spills, hair in bathroom, sticky fingerprints . Had to ask the front desk for the sofa bed and when we did he said “we don’t offer that service”?!? We asked a different lady later that night and she helped right away and delivered them to our room. She was very kind.

Bath tub did not drain while showering. It is gross to shower in your dirty water😕

Not acceptable ,asked for a double Queen and was given a room This is not management issue this was a booking problem and for 173.dollars. for Holiday Inn it was a disappointment.

Air condition was good. Shuttle left on time.
