The room needed better cleaning; dirt on the floor from more than one day, and there were still warpers on the floor from the people before us.

Excellent place to stay! Niko is a great host and took care of our requests very quickly! Rooms were very clean and we will definitely be back. The only thing we didn’t like was constantly asking for toilet paper. There needs to be more toilet paper and towels in the room but other than that it was great and we will be back!

People in the next room over were having a verbal altercation at 1am in the morning! Thought police were going to show up the arguing was so bad!

Not a big deal but the floors were not clean. They appeared clean but as soon as I got in a shower after walking around the room, the water was black. But I was only going to be there 2 nights so I did not report this. The bed was comfortable to sleep in but when sitting on the side it appeared broken as it sunk in much lower by the middle of the bed. The room has a wooden chair that I used but the wooden chair felt like it was about to fall apart and needed to be reglued. In the room I was in, I could not get my phone to connect to the internet unless I stepped outside of the room. I did report this and they tried to help but it was not something easily fixable. Last issue. The drain in the tub and the plumbing in general need attention. The tub drained very slowly so when taking a shower I stood in 2 inches of water. There was a pull up switch on the tub faucet normally used to divert the water from the faucet to the shower that did nothing but there was a third knob in the middle and that acted as the diverter but only worked in part as you could not completely turn the water off to the faucet. Now having said all this... For the price and procemity to the beach, it is a nice Inn. They have tried to update the rooms from what I could tell from my room. Also, the desk people were very helpful and tried both to help with the tub drain and the internet. I did not use the pool but it appeared clean and seemed nice.

The staff was very helpful, especially Nico. The property is in very good condition. It is very close to Pensacola Beach and a lot of other attractions. would definitely come back and stay here again.

The employees were kind and helpful. The room was cute, clean, and quiet. Just a lovely place to stay with the kids. It reminds me of the beach hotels I stayed in with my parents and sister in the 80s and I hope they never change. Much better than those big high rise hotels that don’t seem as quaint or personalized.

Great place!!

The room had a nasty smell as soon as we walked in even after we tried spraying air fresheners. When trying to open the sliding door for the toilet the door completely fell off the hinges and almost hit another person staying in the room. It was just overall not a clean room at all like the staff wasn’t even trying. There are people outside feeding stray raccoons. I would not recommend anyone staying at this property.

Fridge was huge, plenty of counter space, and the room was large, which was great for our extended stay. Staff was incredibly friendly as well!

Decent place, could be a little cleaner, staff was friendly, pool was nice

For a budget motel it was adorable! The gentleman that was checking in and out was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The lady who cleans the property was as well. Every time I saw them they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly was better staff than when I stayed at the Ritz in Amelia Island! The room is adorable and was very comfortable. The bathroom door was interesting as it doesn’t shut/lock and would sometimes roll open but it is beautiful and very clean. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The stairwell is a little gross but I didnt care at all. The last night it rained and there was a leak and we were moved into the room next door instantly. They were so helpful. Plenty of parking. I was going to Pensacola beach so I felt the exit was very easy. Maybe if you are trying to get to the right lane ig would be tricky? But I thought it was perfect. Publix and everything is very close. Really enjoyed the stay and would love to return! Only thing my teens wish we had brought or had access too was a Roku so we could log into our streaming apps.

Bed was decent I guess It was a absolute nightmare the second I walk inside there were 4 houseflies just buzzing around and if that wasn’t bad enough a literal wasp greeted me in the shower I almost had a panic attack it was genuinely horrible

Broken Vending Machines and it is not in an optimal location

Walking into the room at stank of mildew. The bed had a pubic hair. Very disgusting. We killed several roaches during our overnight stay. Nice property, disgusting room. Next time I’m in Pensacola, I’ll definitely not stay here.

Location! The cost.

The bathroom was dirty, shower was gross to the point of being unusable, and the floors were dirty. Whoever parked outside our window kept activating their headlights right into our room, and the blinds did little to nothing to block out the headlights. The sheets and pillowcases were washed in cleaning products that made it hard for us to breathe and gave my wife an asthma attack last night. My child also had breathing trouble in the room. We had to leave the motel and go across the street last night to get a room that was clean with a usable bathroom and sheets that didn’t trigger asthma. I want my money back because we couldn’t even use the room.

Overall for the price and location we'll worth it
