Excellent stay

So easy and clean. There is ample parking and the staff was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable.

All the staff were great. For example, my wife and I were traveling on a motorcycle, and the manager suggested we park under the front awning to avoid getting the bike rained on. Breakfast was fantastic. They even had omelets. However, most times my wife cannot enjoy eggs because of wheat fillers in many hotel/motel eggs. Not here. The server even happily brought out the box so we could read the ingredients. The place was clean. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Loved our stay!

The location I had to wait an hour for my room to be cleaned, and the gnats that were flying around inside were very annoying while I waited, and I was hoping that the gnats wouldn’t be in the room that bad but they were.

Very nice place. I had the roll out shower room. This is perfect for me the shower head height guy. Definitely my number to be stay in the area if I can get this room. If not it’s to be determined see part 2 in July 2926. Great place.

The first room I was given (303) has a “new” tap lock but I was given swipe keys. Somewhat fortunately the door hadn't been pulled closed enough to latch so I was able to push it open and leave my bags while I went to get proper keys. This is when I noticed the different types of locks on the rooms. At the desk they apologized and struggled to get the new system to program key cards. Eventually they sorted that out but when I returned to the room the new cards didn’t work and an employee at the room across from me was having the same issue. At one point I was told the owner of the hotel was on his way to reset the system (or something to that effect) but he would be an hour. I don’t recall the exact number of trips to the front desk but at one point I was waiting IN the room and I began looking around. The room was in incredibly bad condition. I took pictures (attached) and headed for the front desk. This time a different woman (manager I believe) was there w/the others. I showed her the pictures and expressed my dissatisfaction. She apologized and gave me an “upgrade” to the room across the hall. “Upgrade” is relative but at least the room wasn’t destroyed. The staff were great. Hotel… no

The bad thing was I had someone use their key card and entered my room. I was in my bed and I heard the door open and I yelled “hello!” I had not put the flip the lock but how did someone open my door??? I called downstairs to report it and they were suppose to check the cameras but I never heard anything back from the front desk.

Very good

The room was spacious, which surprised me. There were 2 nice closets and a mini fridge. What was disappointing was the condition of the upholstered furniture. The chair was dirty and heavily stained- I wouldn’t sit on it. Also the throw pillows were dirty and should probably be thrown away. There was scattered debris in n the carpet showing it hasn’t been vacuumed when the last guests left. Also the sink was backed up annd the toilet struggled to flush. There were no cups in the bathroom and only a couple towels. Overall, it was average for the pricing, it could have been very nice with a minimal effort. I expected clean at the very least and it was lacking.
