Cleanliness,modern building, balcony,staff,location Lound music from rooftop until 2am ,shower floor is left open and water goes all over bathroom which can cause a fall.

The front desk staff was amazing! The roof top bar and pool were awesome. I wish that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.tbh that's the first time in years that I've stayed at a hotel without even a small one.

I liked the location. We went to a concert at Hard Rock. The Shuttle was great The cleanliness. The bathroom had obviously not been mopped and there was a very large amount of hair on top of the drain in the shower. The shower head was broken and a huge amount of water was spraying out making the floor outside the shower wwt

Exceptional

Everything was great. The only thing was the bathroom floor had footprints on it. Looked like it wasn’t mopped or someone walked over it just after it was mopped. Probably a new housekeeping person. The staff corrected the issue immediately which was great. I would stay there again!

Location

The place is very modern and clean. There is a pool on the top floor but it is only 4 ft deep, They give you a $20.00 coupon for the top floor bar but be aware that the price for a vodka drink will be over $20.00 and there is a 8.59 service charge added to the bill. The breakfast was very good. You have to use the valet parking and at check out you get a 35.00 a night Hotel service fee plus 2.62 tax and 37.38 a night valet parking fee plus tax of 4.55 tax. So our 3 night stay we paid $238.65 in Fees. But I guess it's cheaper then staying at the Hard Rock which is right across the street Plus you got breakfast which you would not get at the Hard Rock. It is a easy walk to walk across the street to get to the Hard Rock. All in all it was a great trip and I'm glad we did it. Just want you to know what to expect. The young man who got our car for us was very friendly and did a great job. They are lucky to have him because even when it was busy he had it all under control. I think his name is Chrischen.

This was a great stay! The only problem that we had was that we didn't stay long enough! Staff helped us get into our rooms (they had to move something around for us to do so). The place has a REAL elegant and clean feel. We loved that. Our room was amazing, and we had a wonderful view of the guitar and a walkout shared balcony. That was pretty amazing as well. The rooftop pool area was a vibe, and it turned into a bustling, high-energy restaurant (Japanese, I believe) with a live DJ. Our friends wanted to go over to the Hard Rock, so we didn't partake in the evening festivities at the hotel but took a quick peek when we returned. It was also a free shuttle over to the casino from the Dolce. Again, next time, we will stay longer.

The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Another huge plus was the complimentary shuttle service that runs back and forth to the casino every hour, making it extremely convenient. The rooms, amenities, location, and overall experience exceeded expectations. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Terrace Nothing

What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience when I checked into the Dolce. I had originally planned to stay at the Guitar Hotel, but I’m so grateful things worked out the way they did because I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop views were absolutely stunning. A special thank you to Keiry, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during an unexpected and stressful travel situation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out and made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare and greatly appreciated. The entire staff made me feel at home, and what started as a last-minute change ended up being the highlight of my trip. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you book a room, be sure to request one with a view of the Guitar Hotel the view is amazing!

The restaurant was closed and therefore the pool area also felt under whelming.
