They didnt clean they didn't even pick up outside the room it took them 2 days to bring me towels and I ahd to go and get them . The guy only wanted to gice me 1 towel and expected me to bring the dirty ones

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING AT THIS MOTEL.MY FIRST ROOM WASN'T SO GREAT AND WHEN I CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO COMOLAIN THE STAFF WAS SO NICE TO GIVE ME AN UPGRADE TO A BETTER MUCH NICER ROOM.MY STAY WAS FOR A WEE AND I ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT OF IT.I WIULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😀

unsafe no housekeeping lost or stolen items broken refrigerator in richards hotel 527 was replaced all food items were thrown out (wet).

Air-conditioning was fantastic Jennifer checked us in and she was very extremely kind and gave great recommendations and was just an overall pleasure

They did not clean the room or the sheat on bed and the refrigerator not working
