The place was cute, clean very close to the water and pool. Ideal location and view. The check in and check out needs improvement. I was made to wait in long lines. Walking is a challenge for I am handicapped. I prepaid to extend my stay. They wouldn’t let me pay deposits or get a parking pass the night before and made me come back the next morning to stand in line again. Then they charged me a $35.00 fee for early check in for a room I already paid for the night before and never left. So, they charged me that money for a room they didn't have to even clean again since they only clean every three days. It is little things like that that can turn a pleasant experience to unpleasant when you are physically challenged. That part of the experience was painful…literally.

The Front Desk lady was rude. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was there during the day weekend shift alone. She was abrupt, never smiled and seemed as if she was having a bad day. She really needs to get another non public facing job. The front desk people are the first point of contact for your hotel, and makes the initial impression. Hospitality is critical.

Good location I paid and booked the bigger room. They lied to me and gave me a smaller room saying thats an upgrade. Clearly on the photos it was the room that was next to me was empty thats why I was able to see through the window that it was exactly the room I have booked. They gave me the cheaper room with no windows at all. Scam

The location Bugs in the bathroom, I think they were termites. They were all in the bathroom sink and the window. There was a leak in the bathroom around the bath tub.

The way the staff talks and treats guests. No professionalism at all. Great Location deserves better trained staff.

It was very quiet and relaxing and very close to the beach I'm from Michigan and stayed there twice and wasn't really happy with it but the price was good during the week but the weekends they're all the same they trying to rob the poor man that's trying to have fun on vacation

Best feature- wake up and walk to the beach.

The room was very clean and was a very short walk to the beach. We never found the pool but we were just there for 2 nights. Definitely worth the money and would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was clean - I ended up staying at another property than greniers which was 3 blocks away. Not very convenient knowing that I chose the location because I was working near by. - not easy to find the reception when you arrive. - suppose to be someone 24/7 but nobody early in the morning for the check out, so you need to go back to the room with your luggages. - shower was very small

Floor was not clean, had soap residue making it feel slippery in shoes. Bed was old and noisy

room was clean, updated, i think it was great, the comp breakfast and eating area was great, i would stay there 100% again
