This Hotel is great !

Pésimo todo

First night had roaches . Curtin was filthy ac was very dusty and dirty rugs were filthy barely stayed in the room lobby smelled horrible .

Every staff was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor; I told Giovanna that I did not want a room on the 1st floor. She was extremely pleasant and with a big smile, she said "no problem I will change it". I had a great stay.. The breakfast was great, staff were very professional.

Clean, nice staff, nice outdoor pool, and airport shuttle is quick

Realmente me sorprendio que este hotel no estuviera bien limpio ya que habia visto buenos reviews, las sabanas estaban llenas de pelos, el colchon estaba todo manchado. Nos cambiaron de habitacion y la siguiente habitacion el cabezal de la cama tenia como fluidos. Realmente muy mala experiencia

Fantastic view and close to shopping places and restaurants.

Hardware could be updated but other than that very quiet and peaceful place to rest and relax. Very clean good housekeeping. Staff was helpful but not as friendly.

Very clean, very nice staff, airport shuttle was great.

My children has dairy allergies and they both got sick from the sausage that they ate at breakfast. Please make guest aware of the foods that contain milk, egg and nuts.

It was good if you’re going to stay just for a night

The front desk attendant, Nadia was absolutely amazing, very nice and very helpful. Older hotel but still kept nicely. Loved the hot tub at the end of our shopping days.
