I don’t understand how it is listed in Expedia we never had the chance to talk to anyone

Safe environment for kids and family quiet peaceful Trash can overflow

Bastante limpio, fácil acceso a parking, todo muy organizado.

Difficult parking, light not working, space wasn’t so clean, difficulty with the AC

Clean Room

The place wasn’t clean and smelled like a dog used the bathroom

It was in a great area also very quiet The shower head kept falling down

Impossible to have stay extension. Place was super clean

Nothing check in was horrible room wasn’t ready if you get into any situation with these people they will lie so u don’t get accommodate The check in process and stay . There’s ants crawling around and little critters

I traveled with my mom and my aunt and stayed at unit 4. The place was perfect. Check in and check out were smooth. I didn’t have direct contact with the staff because everything was so great that it wasn’t necessary. The only thing I want to point out is the there are stairs in the entrance so access for a walker is a little difficult but it can be solved. Excellent experience. I will certainly come back and recommend it.

Lets just say that this place belongs in the "cheap apartment for rent" category. From very low shower water pressure to rusty refrigerator and non-functional unsafe oven this was a not good at all experience. Price was far too high for the reality of the place. Definitely would not stay again.

Nothing The TV was not working, and the staff was not accommodating. They kept saying they was gonna send somebody out to fix the TV and nobody never came. Then when I called them and text them all they could tell me is send a picture of the TV.

Great location! I would recommend updating the mattresses.

Smelled old, and wasn't properly cleaned. Housekeeping was non existent and didn't speak English. The place was outdated and looked nothing like the photos. Bunkbeds were janky and unstable and beds were hard and lumpy. Great location though!

Convince of the location to the port and having two bedrooms was fine. Floors were incredibly dirty, I was shocked when I walked and had dirt all over. Black mold in the bathroom. So many cracked tiles, tiles/flooring dipping into itself. Broken knobs, and cracks in many areas. Bedrooms didn’t get cool enough either. All in all this place needs a massive renovation and repairs.

It was filthy sheets were dirty ..the window was broken they fixed it they next day felt like I was at a homeless shelter .

The picture showed washer and dryer and the unit didn't have that. I was suppose to check in at 3pm and the room wasn't ready until 4:30 pm. I'm literally waiting outside with my bags watching the cleaning lady clean the place. There were several things that needed maintenance repair like the bunk bed ladder was not secured, the burners on the stove weren't working, the light in the fridge was out. The shower was musty. There wasn't a dresser to put clothes in. The table in the back to sit in is broken and the garbage in the back is in a sketchy alley. The TV would would disconnect from Internet at night
