This hotel was upgraded, clean and beds were very comfortable! The front desk manager was multitasking and very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast manager was amazing! She was friendly and just joyful.

We stayed there to attend our daughter's graduation at Fort Lee which made the location very convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and fresh. the only thing i found unusual was the $ 5 parking fee per car per day and they did not even bother to ask for the cars specs even after i offered/asked. Other than that it was a great stay

They charged us $5.00 to park our car in their parking lot. We were not in the middle of a big city. Was not pleased with the charge.

As other reviewers mentioned, hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection - better than at other hotels in this price range. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. I am not sure there is anything the hotel could do to prevent this but please use caution when getting into the tubs. Also, we were put in room 110, which is right next to the room where breakfast is prepped, and I woke up to music blaring from that room at about 6am when the gentleman preparing the food started working. I don't really want to complain about this, because I want the gentleman to keep supplying good food and enjoying himself while doing so, however make sure you're not in room 110 if you want to sleep in.

The room size is too small, and price would have been set accordingly. The tap water flow is too slow, and this would been inspected and maintained regularly.

Breakfast room lady-amazing Room-very clean -does need a piece of baseboard cemented down -*inside door -end of left side wall. Annoyed by one thing —-$5.00 to park our car. REALLY??? I understand those hotels that do in a city area (limited parking /keeps others out) or possibly even a high end resort area. But here?? There was plenty of open parking available. Not needed here. Just felt like this was a “management /private owner” decision and not a corporate policy. Desk clerk was very apologetic and we didn’t blame her but it just felt wrong. The price of the room was high as it was-this just added insult to injury. Actually, if you want to bump the price up Just add $5 to the fee. You’d have less annoyed customers.

Water pressure in sink was low and tub backed up while showering ?

Definitely in the hood, couldn’t tell staff or guest from those walking around outside the hotel. The room was very dirty, bare minimum cleaning. We ended up checking out a day early and finding a new hotel because there were roaches in the shower.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and was given one with a queen size bed. When I informed the staff of the mistake I was told that there were no other rooms available.
