Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

Property was nice and clean! Staff was helpful and the breakfast was yummy

Our flight was delayed and we ended up getting to the hotel around 4:30am. Our rooms had been messed up during the booking process but Anna was very helpful and very quick to help us get to our rooms to rest. Unfortunately, she could not authorize a late check out and I had to speak with the manager in the morning who only wanted to allow 30min extra. I had booked 3 rooms (including one for handicapped family members in wheelchairs) and didn’t get to them until the sun was practically rising. And we still had to get up and drive 6 hours the following day. I had to practically beg for another 30 min before she relented. I understand they were expecting more customers, but our rooms were hardly used and would not be hard to tidy up. I get it wasn’t their fault our flight was delayed but, being right next to the airport, you would think this happens fairly often and they would have a protocol in place to help. Rooms were fine. I just wish the manager would have been more compassionate.

Friendly front staff and breakfast was good. The closet right when u walk in mirror would not close and stay closed properly room 328

The rooms were very clean. The staff helped me in every way possible after the horrible night my family and I had the night before. Plenty of parking wonder simple breakfast. Would stay here again when I go back to Texas to visit.

Convenience Front desk staff was not welcoming. Customer service should improve.

Close to the airport. Very dirty. The whole hotel including the room smelled of marijuana. There were holes in the sheets and the comforter had stains.

Exceptional

They had an ice machine Not enough food for breakfast. Not good quality of food. The pool had cigarette butts in it along with old leaves, bandaids, other debris and no chlorine. Awful, couldn’t take the kids swimming. The staff woman who checked me in was not friendly, she added an additional charge for our family. She seemed like it was a burden doing her job.

The location is very close to Hobby Airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport that runs at all hours. The room was well lit and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included.

Other than constant airplanes flying over it is a nice stay. No food close by that is open late. Extremely convenient to Hobby Airport

This was an excellent plan for me to stay at hotel and let them shuttle my husband from airport. This kept my anxiety way down. We will continue to do this as my husbands works in Alaska. Plus gives me a mini vacation.
