What an amazing experience compared to the rest of my trip due to airline and airport issues. The staff were understanding and kind and did either could to make my trip—without my luggage—great! I’m very grateful to the staff and the room was clean, gorgeous and so restful for me! Thanks so much!

the hotel seemed dated, the staff was wonderful especially the bellmen and housekeepers. the noise from outside the hotel was borderline unacceptable and I was on the 11th floor. I had to double check the window to see if it was open at first.

View from floor, water pressure, cleanliness, Service, staff friendliness and helpfulness, food/drinks, gym, proximity to convention center Had a corner room but wish the drapes were power open/close. The bed had a depression on one side and pillows were not as comfy as I was expecting.

But the Four Seasons no longer has the 5 star service it had when I was younger. They need to address that, retrain, and use spotters to root out those that don't make the cut.

Felt let down on the quality of my room for the price I paid room was nothing special bar was under staffed and it took forever to get a drink my room was not ready when I checked in so I missed my dinner reservation

The hotel and staff were impeccable, as usual. We enjoyed exquisite food and drinks in both restaurants. The complimentary transportation for MD Anderson was great as well.
