Beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Up-to-date. Our room was large and spacious. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Only room for growth is the wonderful TVs are not smart capable. Therefore, no Netflix, U2 Disney, Hulu… No signing into any of your subscriptions only basic TV.

Beautiful place. The bed is comfortable, the shower is relaxing and the staff is very friendly and polite. I always stay here when visiting Houston.

The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property.

TVs are old with basic cable and I was told there was no Wifi available to connect my phone. I would suggest bringing a Roku stick or something like that if you're going to try to watch anything besides basic cable when you're in the room.

We went back to room and looked in the frig. No Chardonnay and just an odd collection of massively overpriced but highly overrated, poorly chosen wines. I went back to downstairs bar, got to two glasses of wine which we enjoyed as we waited to her from our kids who were traveling from different cities. So mostly great but could have been better!

From the bar pool front desk to overall staff is nice and help and hotel is my favorite staycation spot
