Great location. Clean rooms. The window faced a parking garage and the exterior was dirty.

The location was convenient for where I was going. The bartender at the hotel bar was nice. The biggest problem is the dishonesty of the staff. I left my AirPods there and the cleaning staff stole them. The front desk staff and hotel manager were completely unwilling to help me. As soon as I got home and realized they were missing I called the hotel to report it. The voice mailbox for the lost and found was full so I spoke to the front desk instead. The person I spoke to said they couldn't help me and I needed to fill out a report on "ileftmystuff.com", which I did. The report never got a resolution. Meanwhile, I could see on the Find My app that the AirPods were still at the property (and showed that the status was last updated a minute ago). Later that night, I saw that the AirPods had been moved to an apartment far away from the hotel. Since then they have travelled back and forth from that apartment to the Cypress Middle School every day. I can only conclude from this that the cleaning staff stole them and gave them to their kid. I called the next day to report this and the front desk said they'd get back to me. I gave them the address where they had been taken. They called back later and said "this now a liability issue and you need to take this up with the authorities", which I did by filing a police report. I emailed the manager and he was apologetic but completely unhelpful. He was more interested in creating plausible deniability than helping me or holding his employees to account. Besides that, the hotel was under construction. When I asked to extend my stay they did so but didn't warn me that the second night was over twice the rate for the first night. The view from my room was of the back alley and dumpsters.

Staff was friendly, upgraded us to a better room for free

This should be listed as a hostel. It’s an old hotel by the freeway. The rooms are small and grubby.

Location close to Galleria and a Target on 1 km distance. Excelent breakfast and great staff. Under renovation amd swimming pool closed.

We were initially given the none renovated room and at no point did the staff tell me there was renovated rooms. I had to go ask for one after staying 2 nights of the 4. The breakfast buffet was better during the weekday than weekend.

Room 1026 was cute. My favorite was the smart toilet. I love love the sofa and placed by the window. The mobile desk was convenient to work on while sitting on sofa. The sofa chair near the closet was also nice and convenient to put shoes. The shower was relaxing thanks for adding the big shower head. I loved that I could adjust the ac temperature to my comfort. I do wish your investment was on the bed and pillows. The bed wasnt horrible just wanted more comfy and I didn't like pillows. The nose from the highway was bothersome and our room was next to an exit door so when people used that exit the door would slam extreamly loud.
