Love this place as a layover spot traveling to Belize!

Great for one night. Staff were great and we were conveniently close to the airport.

It was a great place to stay to catch a morning flight out of IAH. The rooms and bathroom could have been cleaner, but it worked for a quick overnight. Breakfast was a nice touch. Nothing fancy, but it was convenient.

Ensure you book your shuttle to the airport early! It is a minivan so it’s very limited space. Checked in and AC in the room did not work. Front desk was very accommodating and she moved me to a new room. New room was nice and cool. However, shower did not get hot. At all. But we’d already moved rooms, it was late, my toddler was tired and so was I. So, we let the water run for about 30 minutes and it finally got partially warm. Warm enough to take a shower and get out quickly. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However, after a long trip with a long day of traveling by air the next with a toddler solo, it was very frustrating to not have the basics working.

Ac didn’t work at all and they didn’t help us out on it. Hot in room and hallway and smelt like sewer. The elevator was very sketchy.

Very old building needs repairs. Line for breakfast items.

Clean room. I asked many times.

The rooms were so loud I barely slept through the night!

The breakfast was a typical hotel spread of options like powdered scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage patties, yogurts, the ole trusty waffle iron, etc. The little side room of high priced snacks is cash only. The pool area and courtyard was pretty and clean. Not sure it's worth the price, though.

Excellent place to be

Upon entry terrible smell of urine and feces, hot and trash bags by elevators that remained for over a day. Elevator not working. Was given a used room so had to go across hotel for a new room. Later that evening another guest was given a key to our room and entered with our small children inside. No AC in hallways. Cold water when showering as well as low water pressure. Door entry's were dead for key access outside. Also overhead another guest who was also given a room and walked in with people inside later that evening. Terrible stay 0/5 stars. Never again.

Very convenient.

The room smelled stale and the AC would not work. I arrived late and was too tired to change rooms. The hotel said it was full so changing rooms wasn’t an option. Also if you offer shuttle service, shouldn’t you be able to take your guests to the airport all day? I had to arrive to the airport 3 hours early.

There was an available room and it was affordable. And Carlos, he was the best thing about the property. The elevator shouldn’t pass inspection, the lady at the front desk when we checked out, does not know the definition of hospitality.
