Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Lynhurst

The property is in disrepair. The bed and sleep space was nice. The property would benefit from renewal.

The window curtain was in disrepair. The room was dark and musty There was 3 lamps in the room all with broken shades. The bathroom was in deed of updating. There was mold on the shower ceiling. The parking lot looked awful, cracked pavement all over the place. I would not subject my wife to a second night, we went to another hotel.

Guest service are rude, no feel safety. Don’t bring family here.

The outside of the building looked ran down. When checking in, the inside looked better. They do not have an elevator so had to walk up stairs which is somewhat difficult for me but i didnt request to be put on first floor so i will excuse that. The smell of the hallway was a little off putting but it wasnt a fowl smell. The room was decent. There was wires hanging outside of the doorknob on the inside so we made sure to use the second lock when in the room. The toliets looked like they would be used for preschool or young children. The towels had stains on them. The microwave did not work and i had to go downstairs and use the microwave in their breakfast area to warm up my food at 11 pm. The socket cover by the closet door was hanging off. Air conditioner was dirty and very dusty. The ceiling in the hallway had black mold.

Sheets and towels cannot be used ! I didn't ask to change them because I had mine. So I had to accept the situation as is for one night !

The place wasn't worth a penny of my money. We stayed somewhere else.

The bedding was covered in dog hair. The property has trash all over the place. Other than the bedding, the room was fairly clean. Not real clean but decent.

Room was extremely dirty, every single piece of bedding had a stain somewhere on it, 2 of the pillows didn’t have pillow cases, random dried liquid on the bottom of the wall, shower curtain discolored and moldy, exposed outlet due to a broken outlet cover

The AC worked well in both rooms and while the property itself had a very overpowering odor, the actual rooms smelled clean. We stayed here because we knew we only needed it for one night, but for the cost, I was expecting something a little nicer.

Disgusting property! Dirty/stained bedding, dirt/old/smelly carpet. Antiquated plumbing. Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures that were advertised! This establishment should be shut down. I wish I could get a refund.

Stains on bedspreads, towels and washrags, which was an immediate turnoff. Toilet seat was not anchored to toilet bowl and slid all over. Dead bolt on door broken and door needing fresh paint. Room in need of general remodeling. Breakfast buffet was OK although juice machine was out of order. Worst was the outside. Grass did not appear to have been mowed in months and in some areas weeds were up to the knees. I picked up a tick walking the dog without leaving the property. Trash all over the place. You would think someone would at least mow and pick up trash in the parking lot - can't cost much. I can't complain too much for the price paid, and with breakfast included, but would not stay there again. Too run down and badly in need of general maintenance. A disappointment for the Baymont/Wyndam name.

Clean and very easy to check in! Bed was a little uncomfortable but certainly not bad!

Property is not well maintained. Rooms have a strange odor. They never have enough towels
