Comfort Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest - College Park

Ok Expedia you do not reveal the actual condition of this hotel. It’s an old property poorly maintained. The room and corridors smelled awful. The women at the front desk was middle eastern and I could barely understand the English she was trying to speak. She was not even interested in trying to deal with my complaints. I did not stay and my and took my to the Hilton Garden Inn. I’ll never stay at any Comfort Suites or Choice hotel because of this experience. I’m requesting a full refund or I will be doing a charge back to my credit card. People do not believe the pics you see on the Expedia website. The whole thing was a fraud. To EVERYONE this is the comfort suites hotel in Northwest Indiana. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

When we arrived, we were told that they overbooked and asked us to stay in their other property, which was the building next to this hotel. This other property did not have the 2 double beds that we booked. Instead, it had a king bed with a small pull out couch. The TV did not work either. We’ve never had this happen before and feel that it’s wrong to change to reservation that we paid for.

Great budget place to stay while visiting Indianapolis. Room was clean and breakfast was very good the next morning. Staff was also very kind. Would stay here again if we were in town.

Room was cozy! The breakfast was mediocre. Offer more options of eggs, frozen eggs ate standard in hotels, but boiled eggs would've been great. Butter should be on counter to unthaw a bit, it didn't melt on my hot waffle! Had to microwave it to melt. More meat options, not just sausage gravy!

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing and very attentive!! Breakfast was good and there was always hot coffee!!

We paid for a 2 bed suite 154.00 usd and since that option is not even in existence we lost money and had to stay in the regular room at suite price. Plus this is the second time have stayed and the elevator has not worked. Such a good location it’s so sad the owners have run this property into the ground.

The hotel proper had a strong odor. Our room smelled terrible. Floor throughout hotel & our room had not been vacuumed. Carpeting had stains. That being said, the bathroom vanity, toilet, shower had been cleaned and were on the newer side.

The women at the front desk was the most helpful especially since the manager was not. I booked specifically with this location and paid once I booked. I get to the hotel. The front desk person can't find my reservation. Then says oh wait my manager moved your reservation to the hotel next door. I said why would he do that when I booked and paid well in advance. She says because the current property was up charging their prices to do some race happening in town. I go to the next door hotel to talk to the manager. The front door to enter is wide open and cords hanging from it. I walked inside to more construction. Broked blindes every where. A complete mess! The manager tried arguing with me that bookings had the wrong price.
