Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it.

The hotel itself is great for a pitstop on your solo journey. The staff is helpful and the room was clean. However, the area around it is a bit run down. The breakfast is subpar compared to others in the area. As a traveling family, I would not stay here again.

No hot water, called the front desk. The guy was aware of the issue and said for some rooms you back off the hot water handle and with some rooms it may get better, others not. Mine did not, I have stayed in very few places with no hot water. Pretty poor, I expect more from Hilton location. The breakfast was from 5 till 10 am. I came down there at 645 am and the the placed was wiped out. I asked the guy if they were gonna restock the potatoes and he said they would. I checked when I left the breakfast room and nothing added. This place had many occupants and does things on the cheap. The people that showed up around 8 am were probably out of luck

Unfortunately this hotel has suffered due to the highway construction and the decline of the area. Property is a bit rundown. Most of the staff doesn't speak any English.

TV remote seems too hard to maneuver. Need shower rug. Need more bathroom hooks.

Check in was a breeze, and the gentleman even UPGRADED FOR US, FREE OF CHARGE, when realizing that we were NOT getting what I originally booked and paid for online!! The free breakfast was very good, and the two ladies working the area were FANTASTIC!! !

We did not stay due to poor conditions of the hotel when we drove up. The hotel was run down with ratty curtains in the window. Several men were hanging around d the front door and I didn’t feel safe so we drove off. I have never experienced such a thing before and was surprised it was even a Hampton, as we are honor members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels through the years. The outside was scary, unkept, ratty curtains and men hanging around the front door
