First, I am shocked at how much we had to pay for this hotel as it was not very well kept. Our toilet was cracked and very loose, the toilet paper roll holder had mounted multiple times and looked terrible, the shower leaked, the floors in the elevator were filthy. Second, we had a scary experience in the lobby because apparently they allow people who are not staying at the hotel to hang in the lobby. As we returned with our dinner to eat in the lobby, a man stood up and said horrendous things to my friend and our two daughters and my husband when he came down. Police had to be called but for the safety of paying customers with children this was absolutely un acceptable. I have stayed at better hotels for half the cost. We will never return to this hotel or a Holiday Inn in the future. Extremely disappointing.

Hotel room Door did not seal well so we heard every word spoken in the hallway and every slammed door felt like it was in the room. Bath spout was falling off. Breakfast was inedible. Route to get there was ridiculous to navigate at night.

Very friendly staff All hygiene products at the front desk are free and they have pretty much anything you would need great breakfast and a decent coffee bar. Usually there's a waffle maker available but this hotel had pancakes (they were good) close to everything to shop There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything was great.

Breakfast - BAU, no complaints, nothing great Comfy Beds - rested well The AC unit in the room originally assigned to me was extremely loud. Interestingly, the AC unit in the hallway was much quieter, which made the issue even more obvious. I reported the problem to the front desk, and housekeeping came promptly to replace the unit. Unfortunately, the replacement unit somehow managed to be even louder than the original one—quite an achievement. I went back down to the front desk, explained the issue again, and waited for a resolution. After about 30 minutes with no meaningful update, I returned to the front desk and was told they were “calling this person” and “checking with that person,” which sounded promising in the way hotel limbo usually does. At that point, I requested a room change. I was initially told that no rooms were available with the same configuration I had booked. However, after I waited at the front desk for another 15 minutes and made it clear that I was not going to spend two nights trying to sleep next to a loud AC unit, a room with the same configuration was suddenly discovered. Funny how availability works sometimes. The new room was peaceful, and I appreciated finally being moved. However, the overall experience left a very sour taste. A guest should not have to make repeated trips up and down, wait around, and push just to get a reasonably quiet room—especially when a suitable room apparently existed all along. What bothered me most was not just the noisy AC unit, but the resistance I faced in getting a basic issue resolved. The way the situation unfolded made me seriously question whether racial bias played a role in how I was treated. I do not say that lightly, but the experience genuinely made me feel that I had to fight harder than I should have for the same level of service any guest should receive. I chose not to escalate it further at the time since I was only staying for two nights, but the experience definitely affected my impression of the property.

The rooms are okay, they get the job done. The pool was a questionable place. The water was merky. I was not able to utilize it much because of questionable characters. On multiple occasions, I was exposed to nudity in the pool. Luckily, my son had walked out before this happened. I decided to simply step out and wait for them to be gone. When I realized they were gone me and my son went back down. Only for them to show up again. My son knew what had happened previously, and he decided to leave again. Leaving me there with the couple. Who once again were exposing themselves in the pool. I decided it was time to report them. And I went to the front desk. The lady was nice and seemed as if she would take care of it. I watched her go into the pool area and I went back to my room. I could see the pool area from my room. And noticed the couple never left. I'm not sure how the staff dealt with it. Maybe I should have stuck around to find out. Me and my children were not able to use the pool that night because they didn't leave until it closed. The next night it was full of children. My son got in and said he saw floating brown things and other dirt in the pool. That there were rocks at the bottom of the pool. Just from looking at it I thought it looked questionable. So if you are booking this facility for their pool I would recommend against it.

Good location, friendly staff. Room had garbage left in a couple different spots. Also my whole family had a hard time sleeping with all the noise coming from the road. It sounded like the window was open, but it wasn’t.
