Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Airport

After having to leave our vrbo downtown because it was aweful most hotels were booked full. We found this one and when we got there shared our story with the front desk and head of housekeeping. They were so kind and all about making sure our new “home” for the next 3 days was up to par. They were so awesome and our stay was great!

Very clean. Comfortable stay. Pool was a little too cold and floor was slick around the pool. My 2 year slipped a few times walking around.

Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Outdoor fire pit didn't work.

The property is always clean and quiet. The staff is remarkable and willing to accommodate any and all needs. The rooms were spotless on every trip, not too mention the attention to detail that they give to every room. The staff makes it a point to remember each guest.

I would not recommend this hotel

I like the location, because it is in a safe location. We were moving our daughter from college so we left all of her college stuff (mini-fridge, television, microwave etc..) in the SUV overnight, and we had no issues.

We had a large group of people staying at Home2 Home and the staff were excellent at working with me to get the right accommodations for each family. They also allowed us to have a motorized scooter and wheelchair dropped off and picked up after our stay to assist family members. We were allowed to store two cakes for our special occasion in their commercial refrigerators overnight, which also was a huge help. The staff were exceptionally friendly, facility, exceptionally clean, and well kept..
