The front desk was nice, the room had a weird smell, the filter from the AC was dirty. The bed sheets weren’t changed they just made the beds & the pillow cases had some stains. The AC wasn’t working

good stay for the price. No pool! for summer time fun with children when traveling.

Dear La Quinta Management,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived and fell far below the level of service and cleanliness I expected.When checking in, the front desk employee was very rude while providing our room keys. Instead of being greeted with courtesy and professionalism, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude that immediately made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as guests.Once we entered our room, the problems only continued. There appeared to be mold growing in the bathroom, which is both unsanitary and a potential health hazard. The carpet also had stains that looked like dried blood, leaving the room feeling dirty and poorly maintained.Even more concerning, I found broken glass behind the bed. This posed a serious safety risk and should never be overlooked during routine housekeeping or room inspections. It was alarming to discover such a dangerous hazard in a room that had supposedly been cleaned and prepared for guests.Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the rude treatment at the front desk, the unsanitary conditions, and the safety concerns, I was left with a very negative impression of your hotel. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.I ask that you take this complaint seriously, investigate these issues, and explain what steps will be taken to improve both your customer service and Housekeeping Thank you

No shampoo and soap in bathroom. Seems not enough pillows on bed. Bed sheet has stains. Not a very pleasant stay

The room was not clean. The carpets knees to be cleaned. The bathtub drained slow and it had debris in it. The door didn’t close without having to slam it. The entire hallway and elevator had a bad odor. When booking the room, it stated it slept 5 people but there were only two queen beds.

It was clean and the tub was a nice plus, this was a nice splurge that saved a little being by a little older and near the airport/out of the city

We stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the room after 1st night.

Well unfortunately we got a good rate and we definitely got the money's worth. We won't be returning. After checking in, we realized for a two guest stay we had one of each towel. We had two almost empty toilet paper rolls and no back up. The toilet paper quality was more rough than newspaper. The bathroom had previous guest hair and trash. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds remaining inside. The breakfast was very sparce, not the right supplies to make a waffle. Outside of our room at 1-2am there was a loud couple fighting in the parking lot and you could clearly hear them. They were also honking their horn. There is no sound proofing between rooms, we could hear conversations, water, and bathroom fans from either side. Which was even worse because our bathroom fan didn't work. The sink and tub drains were clogged so you got to shower in the previous person's leftover water. Overall expected better, but everything has gone downhill so much.

Staff was okay minus the cleaning staff who was rude as can be, not wanting to help. Also, they put us un the wrong roof at first. Breakfast was almost non-existent: juice was sour and waffles tasted like the batter had sat out for a few days. Office chair upstairs was broken and hurt my back. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere and help run this one out of business.

for the price , very clean room , even smelling very clean. Helpful and nice staff would stay here again for sure

If you are looking for a one night stay, this is the place. Needs some improvements, but is good if you just need to stay for a short period of time.

Excellent value. Not the newest or fanciest stay but the room was clean and comfortable.

Was there for 500 . Room met my needs. Went to Wyndam first by mistake. Staff there was very helpful ,Will make it a point to stay there next year,

This is a substandard hotel and I won’t be staying at ANY La Quinta ever again. Not even if it were offered for free. Total waste of money.

Good location. Decent room. Breakfast can use a little better selection. Breakfast area had some tables that were left uncleaned

*Executive desk chair was broken. It was dangerous to sit in. *Parking lot had numerous potholes that give the property a shabby look. *Complimentary breakfast was hardly worth the time. Nothing hot. However, some guests seemed to enjoy the coffee. *This property is going downhill. It's a shame. It's used to be a fine stopover for me.
