Clean and close to IMS. A bit pricey.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is very outdated and is in a prime location but needs some cosmetic love

Stay could have not been more pleasant , and staff could not have been more helpful . I would certainly stay there again!

Location was not the greatest

Bed was nice and comfortable, but the furniture was disgusting. Old and stained sofa. Fan in bathroom way too noisy. Breakfast was very weak. Would not stay there again.

They put me in the dirty for the first night

Didn't have any bowls for cereal! Otherwise very good !

First room had bedbugs. Had to be moved rooms. 2nd room had a TV that didnt work with the remote provided, an outlet on the lowwr part of the wall by the floor not covered which is an extreme safety hazard and luckily we were not traveling with young kids. The room next to us had someone banging on the door for an hour straight trying to wake somebody up and then while trying to sleep the upstairs people above us were thumping and banging on the floor loudly waking us up every few hours. Can also hear everything theough the walls, vaccums etc. Very poor experience, will not be back. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Very run down. The room I stayed in had two televisions and neither would receive signal so could not watch TV. Breakfast was cold & room was not very clean. Noticed clump of hair on the bathroom floor first time I went in the bathroom.

The room was great

The staff was the best part of our stay, especially Kevin who always greeted us with a smile and took care of any needs we had. My biggest complaint would be the loud pounding we heard all night and all morning. Not sure if it was the guest above us or people using the stairs, but it was awful. Also had to change plans and leave a night early Still waiting for a manager to approve refund of one nights stay. Overall rooms were clean. One of our white comforters was more of a yellow which was kind of gross but overall good stay for the price.

What was worse? The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust.

Place was filthy & none of the appliances worked

There was only 1 towel in the bathroom.. no wash cloth, no hand towels, no bathroom floor mat, just 1 towel for 2 of us to take a shower and dry off..

everything is fine. could do better with room cleaning and front desk service.

there was nothing to like. staff was unhelpful, room was very unclean room was very unclean, used soap in the shower and strands of hair in the bed. every soft surface had some type of stain on it. ceiling was covered in dust. vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, you could see the plug sitting on top of it.

Breakfast was ok. Powdered scrambled eggs were ok if you covered them with gravy.

Setup of room was fine. 2 tvs. One in sleeping are and othe in living/office section. Towel and blanket were stained. Windows did not latch.side doors and elevator were both broken. Did not receive housekeeping on second day so had to go ask fresh towels. As for breakfast, biscuits were kept in a crackpot, not a warmer. Meat ran out quickly and nothing was restocked timely. Apple juice and waffle batter seemed to have slight sour taste.
