The towels are small and paper thin; our comforter was synced by what looked like a cigar; not just on one side; I flipped it to the other end and that was also burned.

We arrived at 1 pm. Room was ready. Clerj would not let us check in until 3. Gave no reason we will not be back.

Everyone was very nice and quiet. The room was clean and neat as well as smelled good .

Hotel was clean, but smelt humid and bed sheets were slightly damp from I’m assuming the ac unit. Guy at front desk was rude but lady at front desk around 3pm was super nice and helpful. Shower sprayed ceiling while on?

Don’t order Door Dash service. They will take your food.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay. Bed was old and somewhat uncomfortable. But it was a clean room and there wsnt any outside noise. The AC worked well which was a plus because of how hot it's been. If they got new beds that were a bit more comfortable then it would have been a better experience.

I didn’t even stay in the hotel. They didn’t give me room. I stayed at the front property. La Quinnta

I had 2 beds. 1 had old blood stains. The location is amazing but other than that its a crap hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only vending machines, no breakfast.

Didn't even go into the room. Property manager was very nice and helpful, however the hotel is extremely sketchy and unsafe appearing. There appeared to be drug activity happening in the parking lot from a guest one of the rooms. All the rooms open to the outside.

Nothing. Everything about this place was a joke. I couldnt believe how they operate. Everything. everything went terribly wrong at this place. room was filthy and bug infested. I have pictures.

On my third night after showering I laid down to relax and as I was laying down a bed bug crawled up from under the head board. Where there is 1 there's probably a hundred. I trapped it in a water bottle and brought it to the front desk, who could've cared less. I was refused a refund for the night, the manager didn't care which is obvious by how nasty the hotel is. I ended up leaving and having to spend the night doing laundry and checking my things for bed bugs. Over 0/5, would not recommend this hotel and is over priced for a place where your liable to leave with hitchhikers.

Despite the travelling you may be doing whether by bus, rideshare or your own vehicle. This is a very quiet but very safe location. Especially if you're wanting to attend the greatest spectacle in racing! (Do be aware you'll need $100 for a security deposit) The whole staff are doing a wonderful job knowing what to improve upon or keeping their guests safe.

The room was smoky as though 20 people had been smoking in the room right before we arrived. There was dried mud on the floor. That's what we figured the crumbles were. It was a rainy night. No way we could stay in the room. I asked for a different room. The clerk said there was no other room. I explained we could not stay in the room. My neice who was with me has asthma. Smoke is a trigger. We and our clothing would have stunk of smoke had we stayed there. I told the clerk we were leaving and I didn't expect to pay. We left with no where to go. No hotel rooms at any of the 10 or so hotels we called were available. It was late night pouring down rain. We drove on to our final destination an hour away. Called family and bunked with them. It felt like a nightmare. The hotel charged me anyway. I'm fighting that. The room was for 2 days at close to $200 pr night. Not to mention the Clerk expressed no concern for our situation. Don't stay at this Bates motel.

The room smells strange. We asked to change room, the second room still had a strange smell. We gave up switching
