Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Indianapolis, IN - North Carmel

They overbooked and we were not able to stay there. We were not notified. We had to drive out of our way from our destination to go to check-in and they didn’t even let us know beforehand definitely not good.

I made reservations more than two weeks in advance through Hotels.com for studio six in North Carmel, Indiana. I received emails that my Confirmation was confirmed for my stay. When we arrived, there were no available rooms for my party of three. We also found out that the studio six had experienced a water shut off just prior to our arrival, they were evicting some people who were staying there, so there were three police cars when we arrived, and when asked about the double rooms they said one of them still needed sheets, but that still had mold so they wouldn’t give us that room after all. We had to scramble and find other arrangements for that night and the next that accepted a pet along with three people. I would not recommend studio six to anyone.

Well first of all I got 2 charges of $50 for a deposit, hopefully it get it back. And there was a full bag of garbage under the sink. Empty alcohol boxes/containers under there as well. Staff is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Bed was was comfy tho 😂

There was no breakfast. There was no hot water. I requested a discounted price and was told - No, they couldn't do that. But I couldn't cancel my reservation because it was the day I was supposed to be there.

Did not check in, did not have the room type nor did they have any hot water available.

No hot water, which happened the day before I arrived but I was not told. Extra $10 a day charge for housekeeping who never came in my room over my four day stay. Extra $2 a day for utilities yet I didn’t even have access to hot water. Hallways not swept during stay. Some days only one person was working front desk and housekeeping. Will be seeking a refund.

Comfortable room and was clean Hot water wasn’t working but I knew that before booking still slept great and the cold shower helped wake me for my long drive haha

Upon arrival to the property I noticed it was nothing like the pictures. The property had 2 public notices posted on the front door. One was for delinquent disrepair and the other was from the health department. Upon entering the front office for check-in, the clerk told me that she couldn't check me in because the computer had issues, the internet was down, and there was no hot water in the building. I thanked her for her honesty and left to find another hotel. Stay away from this place. Total dump! Expedia needs to remove this listing from their site!

We were told that there would be NO HOT WATER for the entire stay. The hotel had a broken Water Boiler, was supposed to be fixed that day, never showed up. No Hot water for the stay.

No hot water

I booked and paid for my stay. However, when I showed up at the property, I was told that there have no room for me. No help, no reason, no option.

I need a cheap place to stay for the Carmel Marathon and this served that purpose. But it is pretty basic. Outdated and there was a hole in the bathroom door and peeling cabinets. After some loudness around 10:30-11pm I had a good night's sleep. There was also a $2 utility charge and a $50 deposit which I don't recall being listed on Expedia. Budget motel that served its purpose.

Hotel had a notice to complete repairs on front door or they would be closed. Notice said hot water heater and fire alarm system were broken. Lady at check was friendly. Hallway to rooms were dirty with visible debris on carpet. Hallway smelled of smoke and pet odor. Room was not well cleaned or maintained. Dead bugs visible in picture hanging in bathroom. Shower was missing finish on bottom of tub and had a huge hairball on wall. No blow dryer in bathroom and no iron. Called about iron and they brought one but it did not work either. Equipment in exercise room did not work. Did not feel overly safe in the area.

Nothing!! I didn't even stay because it was completely disgusting and they would not give me a refund. I ended up sleeping in my car.

I ordered 2 beds only one in the room!! I barely was able to get hot water from the bathroom sink and shower. Both the sink and tub drained very slowly!! The thought of charging 2 dollars a day for electricity is absolutely absurd. I left the room as l found it to get my 50.00 deposit back. overall disappointed in the property for what l paid.
