They don’t mention anywhere that they only have a public bathroom, but they still show pictures of a private bathroom in the room photos. Me and my girlfriend felt so uncomfortable we left as soon as we checked in and stayed somewhere else

Very nice clean right next to a McDonald's so that was Great quiet.

Got the smell of Marijuana at the entrance and upstairs too The way they react to customers was just super terrible. I understand about shared bathroom. But they don't even have something to put my stuffs including the room key. Parking = good Room = clean enough

Charged twice for the place

I was told that I was paid for 2 nights and they locked me out

Shared bathroom is crazy when u have a business like this. U should have your own bathroom.

No hot water in my room. The fridge and microwave in my room both didn't work. I was near the front so it was noisy.

When I showed up to check in they wouldn’t let me unl as I paid a deposit. Had to spend the night in downtown Los Angeles with no where to go

The location is good. The cover for the mattress was extremely filthy with dirt and blood stains. The shower curtain in the men's shower was extremely moldy and it's no place to put your belongings while in the shower. They also ask for a cash deposit that was not listed when I booked this place.

Nope it was old vehicles flat tires in the parking lot I want my refund back How do I get a refund of $61 because the worst conditions the sheets have blood stains on them on both sides of sheets I had I got pictures of them I show them and nothing they did about it so I won't acquire my $61 back How do I get my refund back

There is no bathroom or shower in room. Only a shared public bathroom /shower space for the ENTIRE building. Also advertised as “Fully Refundable” however hotel staff claims “No Refunds” is their policy. Requesting Full refund for this terrible experience.
