Pésimo servicio en recepción

They gave away the room with a jacuzzi I had reserved. Tried giving me a regular room. Had them cancel my reservation since that specific room was requested at that hotel for the jacuzzi. Then had to go through a long process to get a refund. The error was on their part, not mine. The refund should have been done immediately snd automatically when I canceled the reservation.

The property was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable. 10/10 would stay again.

I didn’t like the property ,looked sketchy was just some quick The first room was dirty ,had a bug inside ,dirty walls ,dirty chair ,dirty lamps .They did change the room ,and the next was nice looking ,but I did see a roach the next day in bathroom .I felt gnats biting all night ,between me and my boyfriend

The outside look kind of sketchy, but the best was solve. The room was clean, and the shower works good for somewhere you were just trying to lay your head.
