Hotel was clean, staff friendly, room good size for a family of 4

Great location very convenient for DFW airport or if making connections at Love Field

room was confrontable and clean sleep well on the mattress and pillows size of room was perfect for my stay. GREAT ASORTMENT OF BREAKFAST FOODS AND BEVERAGES.

The room was clean, but it smelled musty, like there had been a leak or water damage somewhere. Maybe it was the AC unit - I don't know. We stayed on the 4th floor. The building also smelled like bug spray.

The room was nice and big. It was also very clean.

Thankful for the airport shuttle and the front desk staff were so nice and patient.

My room was set up for someone else. Upon waking the next morning, found human feces on the wall in the bathroom. Smudges all over the doors and dirty cups for coffee. I was given 5000 Hilton reward points as an apology. Not happy. We had a long travel day and showed up to a dirty room. Hilton has gone so far downhill. Won’t be staying at another.

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. The rooms were clean, the A/C was cold, and the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Specifically, Kayla was very personable and provided great customer service. The breakfast left a little to be desired compared to other hotels I have visited, but it's complimentary so it is what it is. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything Nothing

Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed. Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area. There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Clean room and quiet

The shuttle was excellent. Giddeon was exceptional. Left too early for breakfast.
