Breakfast is only served from 6:30 to 9 a.m

I only needed it for one night. So breakfast and the airport shuttle were very important to me. Clean room and quiet.

and shuttle see u r was the worse . They lied about pick up times. And it was long long waits . Makeup bag was also missing at end of stay there

Staff somewhat rude and the shuttle program from airport to hotel I waited every night from my job at airport to hotel 17 days always being lied to about a pick up time . 20 minutes was never true 1 1/2 hours was more truthful .

Roaches in the room. Not staying there anymore.

My room was very clean.

Had to stay because of flight complications. It was a quick stay and worked for us.

The communication with the staff is terrible we waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle at the airport they said it was on the way .. the breakfast is really bad

The lobby looks wonderful. The halls are very dark. Hall carpet looked good. Room 142 was clean and spacious. Flooring in bathroom was a little wonky and there was rust(?) around the bathtub water spout. Water was hot. My adult daughter and I stayed 1 night, queen beds. Breakfast was routine. So everything was okay, until I got home that night and broke out in 62 horrendously itching large bumps. Bedbugs! My daughter didn't get any bites from her bed.

Location is very convenient

I had cancelled flight. I searched for closest property with strong reviews. I'm happy I found La Quinta DFW North. Turns out I was among that last yo book a room before sold out. The front desk was busy but the two gentlemen working handled the situation very well. Polite, helpful and efficient. I was impressed and would share their names if I had learned them. Great value - there is nothing I can think of other than the free shuttles to the airport could be more frequent (though I understand this may not be practical for the size if property)

Location 1- Internet issue the first day. 2- They have to clean up every day unless the customer doesn’t want.

The location. It was close to the airport. There was no wi-fi, the TV's were out dated, and the elevator was questionable.

The location was nice The fire alarm kept going off all night long and staff couldn’t figure out what it was or whose it was.. and also it gets very hot in the rooms at night.
