Location The hotel is filthy and the rooms weren't clean. The tub looked like it wasn't scrubbed, the sink in the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned, and the smell is horrible. I had to use a bottle of air freshener to mask the scent. What was epic was the first lady I encountered at check in said, there will be a charge for smoking in the room and I asked how can there be a charge when the place smells like smoke. Then they have the audacity to charge for parking when the parking spots was built for the residents of the hotel.

On Expedia, there is no indication of a parking expense, the staff was never at the front desk. The room had a terrible odor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Seemed like a war zone tar closed off vending machines people hanging out smoking on the curb parking lot did not like anything except price We left after arriving the night before moved another hotel across the bridge

Room was spacious but no coffee maker limited towels and soaps. Staff didn’t have extra keys and the parking was an extra $10 per person. The room smelt very moldy.

Excellent staff I had a great stay.

Good price We were moved 3 times because there was something broken on each room. Finally the room where all worked ok., smelled musty. so we stayed in the room with the broken sink. Also They don’t hand you the room with all the equipment as coffee maker pots and pans, etc. You have to request them separately

I check in bathroom tub was dirty floors dirty I had a lot of bugs coming out air conditioning I move to another room I couldn’t sleep thinking about first room with bugs

I wish I could tell you how the place was but they wouldn’t let my in-laws check into their room that I prepaid for. I booked under their name but for some reason or another my name showed up. I spoke to someone at the desk stating I could email my ID or if there could be a deposit for incidentals for the hotels peace of mind but the only solution was to pay for another room but ONLY on line. My In-laws couldn’t even pay for a room upfront.

The location for what I was doing for my visit was perfect. It wasn't that I didn't like this facility, they were in the middle of upgrades and remolding during my stay. So it wasn't the best. I think once all is completed, It will be fine for those stays that you just need somewhere to sleep and still be close enough to the things you want to do in the area .

The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is consistent. Have stayed there off and on for years to go to events in Jacksonville. Recommended. No frills. Good service and safe.

Clean room, kind staff and great location Na

Location Room wasn’t so great. Wasn’t cleanest either, but i didn’t see any bugs. Havent received deposit. Was planning to stay again the following month. Had to cancel due to illness. Was charged again well before cancellation deadline. Not happy at all. Room wasn’t so great

The location was nice We didn't like that we were charged $43 to park in the lot where we already had to pay for the room. They should mention that in the description when booking then we could decide from there if we want to stay there or not
