The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat.

facilitiea are usually clean and good value woke up with bed bugs on my pillow. Owner accused me of bringing them in, said I was attacking him and just wanted his money. I left without any resolution. I received a credit for the room charge later that evening. Umfortunately, I am left with a suitcase full of clothes and electronics that were potentially exposed and they are currently sealed up in garbage bags.

My husband and I went on a cruise leaving from Jacksonville. We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise, and the night we returned. The staff allowed us to leave our car on the property during our cruise. When we returned, the battery in our car was dead, and a member of the staff used their personal vehicle to give our battery a jump start. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a large shower and included hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The hot breakfast had every food we could want, such as cereal, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bagels...you name it. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this location!
