Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95

The property was well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

My main complaint is the shower being too slippery. There was a grab bar, but I almost fell a few times.

Very easy to find and navigate. Would definitely recommend felt safe and the room and facilities were clean.

This was our first time stay at Tru and I must say e glad we did. The hotel and room was clean and air conditioning was working. They have a lot of parking and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Newer property. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The room was clean, however there was multiple drops of pee on the toilet and hair in the sink!

Helpful and friendly staff!

Upon checking I was impressed with the outside and lobby. We were given a room on the 5th floor. When we stepped off the elevator we were hit with humid hot air. The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. We stepped into the room and it was cooler, so I turned the air down as much as possible to get it colder. The room was updated but there were remains of an outdated room and the aircon was one of them. The shower took several mins for the water to heat up. The pillows, please please buy some new pillows. They were so bad you didn’t need them as you laid flat on the bed with the pillows. In the middle of the night the aircon turned off and woke up to the room steaming hot, we had to turn it down again. I did not sleep, it was not the best stay and I would not book again or recommend.

Close to restaurants and staff were very friendly and helpful with booking the shuttle service for the cruise port . Wish the room could have been alittle colder .

Very disappointed in this stay and will not stay here again. To begin, this is a hotel which accepts pets. There is a very strong stench of urine in the hallway. Additionally, we requested an ADA room Little did we know, the ADA room is positioned right next to the door leading out to the pool. The entire night we experienced people going in and out of the door. With this, every time the door opened, it slammed very hard and very loud. We did not get any sleep the entire night. I did contact the front desk to report the issue while it was going on and they said there was nothing they could do. I am questioning whether it was guests going in and out of that door all night, but surmise they may have been employees based on other observations I made while staying there. There is no reason that door cannot have a soft close to it. Additionally, no rooms should be situated next to that door. Very disappointed!
