I love how the staffs are very friendly and always helpful! The bathtub wouldnt drain while I’m taking my shower. AC isnt cold. Beddings were not 100% clean (there were red streaks on my pillow case). Its so hot and humid in the hallways, why dont you guys turn the AC on? Its hard to turn on/off the sink. The shower head is literally on the bottom that MADE you hold it while you take showers, very inconvenient.

The staff are really helpful and friendly For 4 stars hotel, this hotel definitely need lots of up-keeping, from the floor, wall painting peeled, baseboards chipped. Food needs to rotate and add more options for western

The front desk staffs were friendly. Because the air conditioner’s drainage isn’t working properly, the ceiling beneath it has developed mold. The bed sheets had many small holes (possibly caused by insects).

variation of the food during breakfast and the tasteful are very nice the staff (reception, security and dining staffs) are very friendly and fast response during check in and check out the lighting in the bed area is too dark some stains appear in the electricity plugs and in the bath room table lamp is not working bath room needs the shampoo/soap rack (if we bring our own shampoo/soap)

Big and good location , hotel food is excellent! Must try. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only the interiors too old, light was too dark wall paint was fell off, 100% need to renovation, I believe once upgrade the property will become 5 star

I liked that room service was 24 hours and the staff was always super helpful the bed was comfortable and the cleaning they did was great. The shower and toilet are great. The view is good too. Although the food was good it lacked variety. It was a rotation of 2 or 3 foods for breakfast. It was good but just a little more variety would've been perfect. Also sometimes the sheets would have small stains or holes nothing big.
