Location I would liked notification at booking or upon check in that the waterside wasnt open and running. I had some disappointed grandchildren. The entire reason we booked there was the waterside.

Very clean rooms,friendly staff, breakfast was great good variety of breakfast items. The water slide was a blast!!! The kids can't wait to come back!

Had to wait 2 hours for our room when we checked in before 4 pm which is check in time. I am not sure we will stay here again with grandkid’s birthday. Consistency was not the same as we have seen in past years. Bad check in experience.

I loved the location- so many stores within walking distance. The price was great and they managed to house 6 of us comfortably in one room! The first hotel to ever do that. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. I can't think of anything I didn't enjoy about our stay. Thank you.

The room was clean and stocked with little extras. The pool looked clean and there were towels to dry off with in pool area. Dear Management Team,I am writing to formally dispute the early check-in fees on my recent bill and to request reimbursement for costs incurred due to a failure to honor our agreement.Prior to my arrival on May 18, I requested an early check-in and agreed to a $75 fee, explicitly stating that I would arrive between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I arrived exactly on schedule at 8:30 AM. However, I was told the room was not ready because I had not "called ahead"—even though my arrival window was already confirmed. Staff promised to call me when the room was ready and offered to reduce the fee to $50 for the inconvenience.Because I had a graduation ceremony at 11:00 AM and could not wait indefinitely, I was forced to rent a room at a nearby motel for $100 just to get ready. The hotel did not call to state my room was ready until 10:00 AM, which was too late to be of use for my event.When I checked in later that evening, I discovered I was charged $33 twice ($66 total) for early check-in fees. Because the hotel failed to provide the agreed-upon early access, I am requesting a full refund of these fees, as well as a $100 reimbursement for the motel room I was forced to secure.
