Got to play at casino and stay on premise

I would recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has to appear in the Will County courthouse the following morning. It's just down the street, provides parking, and makes for a nice court room distraction.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Fun place to stay. All was good.

We had a quick stop, late check in and early departure but lots to walk to .

It was a great place to stay while we toured Rt. 66 through Illinois! Very clean & helpful & friendly staff throughout the hotel & casino! Has a variety of restaurants as well! Plenty of free parking in the parking garage.
-
The room was nice and clean. The parking garage was connected to the hotel which was nice due to all the rain at the time.
-
Parking was not convenient. No free breakfast.

Woke up to a alarm at 7am ! So rude!
-
Watch out for “resort fees” above what you paid to Hotels.com. Also rooms are not updated.

If I could complain it might be about the doors to the washroom & latrine. They have fixed louvers for airflow but do nothing to stop noise.

Overall a perfect stay for my husband and I. 10 out of 10

I can't stress the cleanliness of the whole hotel enough. However, two things. The hotel is very very far from the parking garage. The other thing. I prepaid my entire hotel stay, and I was surprised at the front desk with a "resort fee." That was never mentioned in my reservation or receipt. There is no "resort" here. There is parking, but no pool, not tub, etc. etc. This is egregious. Never staying here again, despite all the other benefits. What a ripoff

Fabulous place to stay! We actually thought we may delay our trip to stay another night!
