It’s located between Kappl and Ischgl and they have the free shuttles to all lifts and back. The ski shop is inside the hotel. There is very big spa downstairs as well. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast buffet was quite big and the food was good Staff wasn't that helpful at breakfast. They seemed to look the other way if you needed something.

Great staff, very easy to get to the ski lifts with the hotel shuttle (felt like ski-in / ski-out), great food and nice sauna/ facilities. Great service in de ski rental shop. They even charged my car as part of the valet service! The hotel interior design has a lot of black and is a bit dark. It was beautifully done with attention to detail and the design was very consistent throughout the hotel, just not my taste.

All good. Bedrooms are too dark. I understand the theme, however using a phone light to check the wardrobe isn’t ideal.

Almost all members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Halfboard evening menues were mostly nice, except for the fish mains during our stay and the underwhelming salad buffet. Overall, the property is in good condition given its age but room furniture and carpets would benefit from a makeover.

Superb facilities. Ski equipment hire excellent, they changed one of our groups skis several times with no bother (nothing wrong with the equipment he just wanted to try boarding!). Reception helped organise lift passes and booked lessons, nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and the A La Carte restaurant was very good too. The shuttle service in and out of Ischgl was very efficient with knowledgeable staff who got us in and out easily day and evening. Great spa for relaxing in after a day on the slopes

Diner and breakfast was very good and diverse. Loved the personnel and how friendly they were. Good shuttles to the slopes (Ischgl) but still 10 min drive.

Shuttle service generally worked well. Only waited for more than 15mins once. Excellent breakfast Too black everywhere. Too dark in the dining room to see your food!

wonderful staff, clean, comfortable and great service unfortunately guests don‘t take care of anything, so the property could use a bit of touching up on wall corners, etc.

The shuttel Service are great. Hotel Room are nice designed, conftabel and from good quality. The massage and spa are good but there is no spa feeling just cold no candle, music or something just loud from outside. The whole spa is overloaded with guests 190+ the spa is to smal for this. The Hotel is verz loud, you get up from sleep when they do a party in -1 . We was stay in 3rd floor. The Restaurant for 5* Hotel is poor, no selection what you wish to eat as it is typical for Austrian Gastro, just expensive, the same is for wines etc total overpriced and not as expected for a 5* Hotel. The salad Bar is minimal and not fit for a 5* Hotel. The Bedcushions are to soft no comfort at all. The ski room is poor, smal and not fit for 5* Hotel. It is no value for the money, only if you wish show and quality.

It was not our first stay in the hotel. As usual, we were very delighted by everything. Especially, everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull ! Breakfast was fantastic ! Staff in the dinner room is extremey friendly, shuttle buses very smooth ! We really appreciated the new 'infusion' session in the sauna. Dinner was a bit variable: first 2 evenings a bit disappointing, the last 2 evenings great !
