Stay was great but pool currently out of order awaiting parts

It’s obvious this property is not well maintained. Pool closed due to parts and was told was never opened this year. Very disappointing and should have been disclosed. There were blinking light guts in hallways. My room TV was not working. Both toilets would not flush properly. The ice maker did not work. I have stayed at these properties and never experienced such poor conditions. No excuse for these maintenance issues. The pool should have been opened weeks ago. Had I known no pool, I would have not stayed here.

The only complain I have is that the AC did not work well and the room was extremely hot.

Only issue was that the kitchen didn't have anything to bake on. So if youre planning on cooking if you got a room with a kitchen. Take your own cooking stuff. But other than that we love staying there!!

It was located where we needed it to be. During our day, the pool was a gross green color and was unavailable. The breakfast was not as good as the breakfast that we had at our other two hotel during our trip. It was pretty rough. The hallway had a smell to it. I personally also did not like the layout that you had to go to a different building from your room to even go to breakfast or the lobby area so to speak. This is definitely one we will avoid in the future.

Pool not open at all. Largely the reason why we stayed here with our kids.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Pool was out of order the whole time. Staff was. Friendly and accommodating.

Pool closed water green, 1st room assigned wasn’t cleaned, they reuse door key cards peeling, front office lady was nice but that’s about it.

Its was nice but had a urine odor. This is a pet friendly hotel so I believe the rug wasn't cleaned properly.

First, the television channels in our room were not working properly, which was disappointing. In addition, there was a strong and persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel, including in the carpets, and we noticed multiple guests smoking in the premises. This created an unpleasant and inappropriate environment, especially as we were traveling with a young child. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom door was very noisy, and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to rest. Furthermore, I am particularly concerned about a safety issue that occurred during our stay. A staff member was washing the common areas with chemicals but did not provide any warning or signage. As a result, my toddler came into contact with the wet area—he touched the water and stepped on it—which ended up damaging his shoes. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and safety precautions. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and not what we expected at all.
