Had a handicap room with my request, someone above us had heavy feet and walking alotand we had to hear it all night

Very clean room with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was in a nice location. I would stay here again.

We were on our way to check-in when this hotel sent me a message telling me the two-bedroom suite I booked months earlier was not available. They said one of their rewards members decided to stay longer. They couldn’t even offer me an alternative room with two beds, just one bed and a pull-out couch. I did not take their substitute room. Never in my life have I had a hotel do this to me. Don’t book this hotel in Georgia if you are counting on a particular room to be there when you arrive. We loved the Towneplace Suites in Oregon, but would never trust this location again.

Ìt was ok. I only stayed one night. It’s an old hotel but it wasn’t bad. Check in was ok.

The shower had not been cleaned. There was a dead carpenter ant and someone else's pubic hair on the floor of the shower. There was also someone else's pubic hair on the towel.

The maid knocked at 830 and came in around 11am. We were giv n a check out of 12pm
