Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites

Wasn’t a bad spot. Mexican spot next door was really good

Really great room, full buffet breakfast including oatmilk, an added plus. Staff was willing to help with finding anything I needed. Buffet room is open 24 hrs with juices, coffee and teas. Jacuzzi is large and in a semi-enclosed room, so it is quiet and peaceful. I could park by my room so I had easy access to my car.

My room was clean, large and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. Will stay here again.

On the positive side, it's clear the hotel has invested in updating the property. The rooms appear to have been remodeled with a fun Route 66 theme that fits Kingman's history perfectly. The décor was modern, fresh, and one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. My room was not just dusty or overlooked—it appeared to have bodily fluid residue that should have been caught during routine housekeeping. To their credit, when I brought it to the staff's attention, they were professional, apologetic, and responded immediately by cleaning the room. Another concern was the condition of the exterior grounds. The walkways and common areas leading to the rooms were covered in large amounts of bird droppings. It wasn't an isolated spot or two—it was widespread enough to be difficult to avoid and detracted from the overall appearance of the property.

Everything was #1. The hotel is close to restaurants, gas station and other stores.

None of the ice machines worked but breakfast was good and rooms were spacious.

Room was clean and staff were great. Negatives were the ice machines being broke/low throughput and no sound insulation whatsoever. So for my particular stay, I had to listen to 30+ motorcycles starting, revving, and stopping all afternoon plus all of their conversations. Not the hotels fault and given it's handy location i would stay there again.

Good place to stay. I rebooked for way home.

Only "complaint" would be the air filter and vent in our room needs cleaned and replaced, the A/C didn't blow super cold, and the shower head could use a good soak in vinegar. Other than that, our stay was good. Kiddos liked the breakfast options. I would stay here again.

The room had an awful smell the lighting in the room and restroom is very bad. The noise traffic is horrible

Room and bed comfortable. Bathroom fan loud and rattling. Needs updating.

After getting through minor door lock issues, the place was clean, quiet, appeared newly renovated inside. Staff was attentive to questions. They served a real breakfast with the works (Eggs, meat, toast, bagel, fruit, muffins, OJ, Coffee, etc etc)

There was a noise sounding like bubbling water that we heard all night. It might have been the ice machine. We were in room 229. You could hear it coming from the wall behind the TV

We stayed with a family of 6. 4 kids. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Best Western Plus here was an upgraded motel. Room doors face parking lot and stairs to second floor. Room was decent and got a good nights rest.

Rooms were clean! The staff was very nice! The lady behind the counter said I had a pretty motorcycle and she wasn’t wrong lol had a great stay will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room and walkable to La Catrina, a super cute Mexican restaurant. Breakfast at our hotel was fresh, hot and the service was wonderful.

Great value, clean. Can get a bit noisy.
