Best night sleep in a long time. All the comforts of home

The lobby of this place was super swanky and nice, like a casino, which seems the intention. Breakfast was ok. The kitchen in our room was supposed to be fully equipped but was missing whatever I was supposed to cook on and only had one fork but several other utensils. The bathtub had soap scum on it so thick I could scrape it with my fingernail. The tile surround for the tub is black so the soap scum is very obvious. One of the dryers had crusty “mud” inside it from a previous user. BUT none of that is so frustrating as the front desk clerk who shared WAY too much personal information about herself and when I needed additional quarters and washcloths, had to be summoned from the parking lot from where she told me she was “visiting one of their best customers.” I’m sorry! I didn’t know I’d booked a room at a brothel!

Was very clean, quiet, had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they were quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Very quiet and comfortable .. We were unable to get a veterans discount . I even called booking.com and had them send a email to hawthorn about but the manager said she never received it .. or even a medical discount as I’m there because I am having procedures at the regional medical center ..I wish you offered a discount rate on sight

Very clean, staff was very nice & accommodating. Breakfast was good, there was a wide selection foods.

The tub was pretty dirty, the shower head was broken. The fridge was dirty and the burner stove didn’t work a few times

Love the area

The staff was very helpful as I needed to sort out some confusion after I had mistakenly reserved the wrong date. Location was convenient, just off the highway. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. The facilities were clean, and I appreciated having a work-out area. The bed was great. The room was spacious. The pillows were big and hard, and not very comfortable. I was annoyed by the paid wifi, but since we were there for less than 12 hours, I just used my own data and forgot about using wifi.

It was a bit dark in the room. Could do with an extra lamp or two.

The location is new. It was clean. Decent breakfast. Most of the front desk staff were kind and helpful. This was our second visit to the property in approximately 4 weeks. We had 1 room the first time, 2 rooms for the second trip. We didn't know how long we were going to need to be there. Again, thankful for the understanding of much of the staff. The property doesn't have the ability to make adjustments to reservations made through 3rd party apps (Booking.com). Booking.com doesn't have the correct contact information for this location so it was very frustrating to make needed changes. Their "suite" rooms are not a "suite" as advertised. Typically, in my travels, a suite has a separate living and sleeping area and a 1/2 bath in the living area. There was nowhere to put our clothes in our original "suite" in our Wyndham room. We were there for an extended stay and had a lot of clothes with us. We had to work through changing rooms (to a different part of the property- Hawthorn) with the front desk and booking.com. The location is actually 2 separate hotels (Hawthorn and Wyndham). Thank goodness the hotel staff were understanding of our needs and were of great help during this very difficult time for our family. A little variation of breakfast would be great. Maybe biscuits and gravy? There were 2 people that worked the kitchen. Each on different days. One of them was VERY efficient and kept the kitchen/ food area stocked. The other person- not so much. She always seemed to wait until items were gone before replenishing (eggs, hot coffee, sausage, waffle batter, etc.). People often were waiting for items when this person was running breakfast. Overall we did like the property and we would stay there again.

They really went out of their way to help us get a room special since my husband in a wheel chair. And the beds were not inclosed on the bottom so i could get his hoyer lift under the bed.

It was convenient to the interstate and restaurants. The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had dried poop on the toilet seat, there was blood or something of similar color dried on the cabinet door, and a plastic ring pop in the floor when we arrived. The bathrooms on the main floor were not clean either. There was only one person working the entire hotel when we were trying to check in and she was running herself to death. Super sweet but it was definitely understaffed.
