Perfect! Everything as described!

I was traveling with a large group , some of them were assigned rooms that weren't ready. It was a little frustrating having to go back to the lobby and be given another room that was not ready either. There was only one of two elevators working.

Room was great and plenty of space. Pool was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

What a great place to unwind

The property is lovely. We have been coming since before Marriott took over and appreciate the improvements. But mostly the staff. Marisol has been there many years in various areas but always goes out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Top employee for sure. Cory and Tina at the front desk also help with our many room request to keep our family trips with rooms bear each other

We stay here a lot, and I read it every time we love this property we love the amenities we love the staff we love the comfort of the rooms The only thing I would change is, I would get better towels for the pool area. The ones they have are really thin and not very absorbent. You have to use like three of them.

Very resort style feel, loved that there was two pools. The outside was so pretty and definitely captured the Florida vibes. Wish breakfast hours were a little bit more convenient for those on a tight schedule, or maybe a to go option included? Main reason booked was for the shuttle service although we did not use it as much due to the limited availability/times it ran. Would have liked to see more back and forth times throughout the day.

Pool was great and staff around pool When arrived had 25 dollars per night and loads extra charges added onto room rate, they say you get 25 dollars back but you get a charge for tjem offering food. The rooms ment to be pet friendly but is all carpet an quite dark. View was a pond with hardly any water in it. Windows was megga dirty an 1 washer 1 dryer in laindry room. Rooms was also very dark and teh usb ports, also lights in room was pretty wasnt bright

Hours of operations, staff Rooms were small, outdated and not as clean as I thought the rating indicated.

What i liked was leaving the hotel! I didnt like the hotel, hidden charges not mentioned on booking.com and then there was a fire that in the tower complex that was handled shockingly be the hotel! Theres no warm welcome and no information given at check in for first time travellers. No mention of where to get breakfast if one wishes to avail. No mention of how to get to a room except given a map and told to find it yourself as they circle it on a map. Really poor
