Galleria Palms Hotel

More varite in Breakfast. All for area is good

In the peak of summer in Florida, this was false advertising. And I left the very next morning, after arriving at 10pm and only stayed because I had no other choice at that time of night.

Breakfast was good,rooms were clean, pool was being refinished so it wasn’t available, nothing on website said so, however they did refund me 10$ for the inconvenience.. would probably stay again… location was five minute to WDW HS in the am and 13 minutes from Epcot during 5 o’clock traffic.

A/C was excellent, room does NOT smell humid, moldy, nothing... all good and very clean... maybe looks old on the hallways, but room is removated, maybe still need to renovate the shower but great room I have to say.

Shower mixer handle was loose and water temp was hard to keep consistent. Pool was closed which really didn’t matter for us, but might for some travelers.

The pool was half full and I was not told it wasn't available. Wasn't happy about that. Breakfast was just ok, room was very clean, staff was nice, location was great.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great, near Walmart, CVS, and restaurants and only 5 minutes from the Disney parks, which was awesome. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the Disney parks ( which we didn't use because we drove) but it was a great alternative. Everything was clean. The only thing was one of my bathroom sinks was not working properly, but it was a minor detail in comparison with everything else. Breakfast was ok also and pool was not working. Parking is free and we only paid (they hold) the $100 accidental fee. Overall it was a great stay and will highly recommend. We will definitely stay again in he future.

The pool was closed down in June. Why?

The breakfast was surprisingly diverse with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Everything was fresh and well organized. The location is great, the rooms are spotless, and the value for the price is outstanding. It’s not easy to find such a combination of quality, cleanliness, service, and affordability. I highly recommend Galleria Palms Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great place, close to Disney, food, and shopping. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

There was one problem when we got there I had talked my husband into bringing his swim trunks, and the swimming pool was not in use because it was being completely refurbished. It would have been nice to have known that ahead of time however, if I would’ve known I probably wouldn’t have come. After talking to the staff who were so understanding, helpful, empathetic, sympathetic, they said I could get out of my hotel stay if I prefer. My thought was I’m not really gonna be there much for the pool anyway so we stayed and they gave us a discount because of it and that was very much appreciated. I love the fact that they have tile floors throughout the hotel! And they were always kept very clean! The breakfast was very good and it wasn’t the exact same thing every day they change it up. I will definitely go back and stay there again and tell my friends because they will have a new pool next time we go.!
