Margaritaville Resort Orlando with H2O Waterpark

Highly recommend this resort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️The location is perfect — the property is clean, beautiful, and so well-kept. The pool here is gorgeous and was one of our favorite spots. You’re also just a short walk to a shopping center with tons of stores and restaurants, plus even more great dining options really close by. Plenty of parking made everything super easy. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!utiful! Great location.

My family and I stayed June 7th, 2026. The resort is very nice, clean, and my family and I enjoyed the waterpark, but all that is tainted because of this incident…I forgot articles of clothing on the balcony that I left out to dry. I called the same day I checked out in hopes that the cleaning crew could put it in their Lost and Found because the items could have picked it up that same day, however, that’s not what happened. Instead, I was directed to do a claim which I did. Since then I’ve called daily and have been told the items are nowhere to be found. Management says they are not responsible for lost items (even though they do have a lost and found). I feel like they handled the whole situation poorly. In addition to creating the claim, the cleaning crew should’ve been asked if they found the items that same day, before anything could’ve been thrown out or taken. And of course, the cleaning crew should’ve returned the items to the Lost and Found. So all this to say- don’t lose anything while you are there because the cleaning crew may not turn it in to the lost and found and management will not care. This is what happened to me. I asked management to speak to the specific person who worked my room that day, which should have happened day 1 when I called the same day that I checked out. I’m still waiting for that return phone call.

I enjoyed my stay and the entertainment nearby as well as on the premises.

Closed most of stay? Water park was closed. They charged my card hundreds more dollars without disclosing why! They then tried blaming me the customer for language. After I went off on them about it they took no accountability. Lied about a $50 credit then charged me another $65 dollars from gift shop management here is the worst all they care about is taking your money!

We loved everything about this property from the staff to the cottages and also stayed in the hotel rooms. Everyone is very accommodating. The resort is beautiful. H2O waterpark was wonderful. . We will be back.

Loved it.

Very clean, friendly staff We booked our stay with breakfast included, and the breakfast was basically one drink and one pastry/sandwich. Not worth booking accommodation with breakfast, the price of what we received was equal or more to what we would have paid, and the day we checked out, we missed the breakfast because the restaurant opened at 7, and were not credited or refunded for that breakfast.

The property is well managed and very clean. The room was beautiful and the pool was very spacious and clean. The walk to the pool was confusing

We love it there Location of ice machines I went to floor 1,3 no ice Finally on floor 5 found some Parking Lot closest to the room was unclear where to enter the building . The only thing visibly labeled was the Ball Room which there wasn’t any entry Also the room deposit had not been refunded to my bank account

The kids had the best time in the regular pool, game room but the best was the WATER PARK. We will definitely be back!!!

Great get away for the money. Very relaxing stay.

Great property. However, there were chips in the bathroom floor and no microwave in my room. I was hoping for room service, but that was not an option.

All the employees were friendly the place were clean. The restaurants have a wide selection of food and real taste good. Not to mention the welcome rum punch and lemonade. The pool area, the outdoors everything was spectacular.
