The night manager was extremely nice. Our air conditioning was not working. He came and checked it and moved us to another room at 9pm, gave us a partial refund and Bonvoy points. He did all he could. Beds were very hard. Terrible!

Didn’t know a slew of high school kids were staying there. Fire engine called due to some problems and elevator out of commission for entire stay.
