The amenities were amazing. Pool and views for pool were great. All staff were friendly. Free breakfast was amazing. Great location.

The room was great! Very conveniently located. Didn’t particularly like the elevator system, it worked fine, my grandkids just like having the chance to push floor numbers! 😆

Everything was amazing!! Room was clean, great location. Housekeeping staff knocked non stop at 9am until I answered door to be asked if I would check out. I understand check out is at 11am. I get people check out early but some people dont get on until late an sleep until closer to check out. I stated I would check out at 11am. So 10am comes. Knocking again until I answered door to be asked by the same lady if I would check out. I have never experienced this anywhere. We have a large family so we got two separate hotel rooms. My oldest daughter was in room alone in other room at 9am when this happened to her and it freaked her out. She was also asked to check out. We thought we found a great place for our future knoxville trips but I dont believe we will be staying there again.

Bed was comfortable. No sunlight in the room. Window faced a wall of another building.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. We liked the breakfast every morning and coffee shop in the loby. The location let us walk to many places and when we needed to drive, the valet service was quick to get our car. The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was friendly.

Kind ok need more fruit tables Rates too high plus be at 300 a night you guys shoul have parking spaice not to charge 40 dollars a night por parking

This was a very clean and updated hotel with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The city feels safe and clean, and from the hotel we were easily able to walk Market Square for drinks and dinner and to enjoy the park with live music on a Tuesday night, to the World’s Fair Exhibit & Sunsphere; and to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame and the Tennessee History Center. If you have time, take advantage of the Tennessee Riverboat sightseeing tour.

Beautiful property - we loved the rooftop pool and lounge area! Very convenient and walkable to everything downtown. There was no true hotel parking lot - had to find a parking garage. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Awesome place to stay

My sister and I had a quick girls trip here for just relaxation by the pool. The pool was wonderful but bring your own drinks. Our cosmo’s were $24 each. Way overpriced but the hotel stay was an excellent price. Quick walk to dozens of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
