Motel 6 Knoxville, TN - East

The staff here are very friendly. The property is very well maintained. There is always somebody at the desk willing to help you out. There is always available parking. Rooms are very nice and spacious and are always cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6. The night staff provided two extra pillows for us, the coffee tasted good, the shower water was hot, and the room cleanliness was excellent. Except for the absence of Kleenex, our experience was relaxing enough for us to book Motel 6 again in the future. Thank you all for investing in your company’s customer service by taking into account our feedback.

Good location. Staff was great. Room was adequate. Good value for the price but don't expect luxury accommodations.

Clean enough, quiet enough. Near food. Good value. Plenty of parking, and near I-40. TV kept freezing... bad connection?

There are definitely shady people who stay there. I had no choice because hotels were taken because it was graduation weekend at TN. Needless to say, the owner didn’t offer anything at checkout despite my bringing him the filthy towel. He asked why I didn’t tell him so he could have changed my room. I guess he forgot they told me they were sold out that night. So I couldn’t get a different room anyhow. I didn't want the shady cleaners (two shady as heck guys) coming into my room when I was there and when I was gone to clean the floors. I just had to make sure I never touched the floors.

Everything! I liked everything.

Filthy, disgusting place. This is a slum motel with mold, broken faucets, torn up walls and dog chewed siding. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads, I have a bunch of pictures to back this up.

The property is just off the interstate. The hot water and shower was really good. The price was cheap. But it did not feel safe, lots of cigarette butts and debris around the facility, as well as some men just standing around the stairwell. The blankets had visible soil on them. The sheets had black hair all over it. The white sheets and towels were not white, they looked extremely old and worn. The 2 pillows combined did not make one standard pillow.

Parking was good. The motel was quiet and we slept well. I appreciated the accessibility features like bathroom grab bars.

Not a thing. Not one thing about this place was good Everything. Nothing about this motel, staff, or location was worth my time. I will NEVER visit this dump again, and the manager is real piece too

Plumbing didn't work properly, The blanket had cigarette burns in it. The water pressure was weak, but it was a roof and a somewhat clean place to stay

The place was clean and is in a great location

It was located close to downtown Knoxville, and was the only place available for two nights. Drug users standing around the parking lot or outside their room smoking at midnight when I arrived from the airport. The overwhelming smell of marijuana and smoke surrounding this dump. The sickening stench of smoke in our room. The industrial florescent lighting on the walls of the room without a lamp or light bulb anywhere. The mold in the shower. The piles of dirt in the corners. The rock hard flat bed.

Broken down vehicles in the parking lot. A pill was laying on the duvet when we first entered the room after check in. The clerk who checked us in put us in a non smoking room, when we reserved a smoking room, then attempted to admonish us for smoking in the room. Overall, it was a terrible experience and will prevent us from staying with Motel 6 again.

The hotel smelled dirty. So dirty in fact that all of the items I had in my room - suitcase, back back, and clothes reeked of it after my stay

Nice clean comfortable bed. Good location and competent staff. It's older and the details need refurbishing, but it was good enough.

BUGS IN THE ROOM

On the plus side, this property was convenient for my needs. After that, not a lot of positives. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep on. Never got comfortable. Very thin pillows, towels you could see through, and no local channels available on the television. I'll pay a little more for something much better next time.
