The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came back later in the evening and the trash still smelled the same and hadn't been touched even though cleaning people were out that morning. The shower also had no body wash. Our room key didn't work the 2nd, and had to get the front desk to get us a new one. About 30min laters went outside and when we came back in the new room key didnt work again so they finally switched us rooms. The new room they moved us into looked like it had mold on the walls and smelled musty and damp. But hey at least the toilet worked.

The hotel had an unpleasant stench which the hotel attempted to mask with large fragrant dispensers in the rooms. The bathroom door had a poorly masked hole, the bathtub was stained, and I waited at the front desk for someone to appear for approximately 10-15 minutes before I could begin checking in.

Was not very clean. Toilet clogged after using it. Was supposed to be a suite and it wasn’t.

Spacious rooms, easy location off of highway. The air conditioner clearly had mold on it, worried to use A/C so room was warm. Dated hotel.

Roach in microwave, hair and dirt in the tub, toliet running water
-
Dirty marks on walls, doors and towels. Staff wasn’t over friendly, and wasn’t expecting a $100 added on hold only card. Air conditioning wasn’t very cool as well.

The landscaping is a mess The room was not cleaned to a reasonable standard The ceiling in the shower drops plaster when you’re showering The recliner wouldn’t close The heating vent in the bedroom was rusted and falling apart The bath towels a barely a step above paper towels The electric receptacles are so worn, plugs wouldn’t stay in We’ll have to take Sonesta off our list

Room was in rough shape. Smudges on surfaces.

No breakfast, not enough coffee

The hotel needs to be updated badly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, crappy furnished shampoo and conditioner. There was no breakfast, whereas at the Sonesta in Nashville had breakfast and was beautiful! Another guest went and bought bed linens because hers were so bad. This was the class and cleanliness that I expect for a $70 room, not almost $200!!! We won't be staying there again.

price and quality location

It’s relatively inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. It’s a bit dated and the was a musty smell whenever i entered my room. Having a kitchenette was useful. Laundry was paid via credit card so no need to bring fists full of quarters. I was traveling alone so it was adequate for my needs. If the little lady was with me, i guarantee we would have been looking for another place to stay.
